Very expensive for the type of hotel, but staff were excellent, efficient and friendly throughout.

Hotel is good, nice food, reception lady was not friendly.

The Room wasn’t the cleanest! dusty headboard and dirty light fittings next to the bed. No plug sockets next to the beds. Bath/ shower wasn’t the cleanest either. There was a wedding/function on with loud, shouting rowdy guests and a lot of antisocial behaviour inside and outside the hotel in the car park happening throughout the night. kids running round all floors of the hotel and seemed the hotel staff turned a blind eye to everything that was going on. Food was nice and reasonably priced. Overall the hotel was okay, wouldn’t have said it was a four star hotel but three at best.

The one reason that I don't think is I went to the hotel too late, everything is fine and thanks for your service.

The room was excellent - very spacious and extremly clean. We had a very pleasant evening in the bar with a good meal in the restaurant. The staff could not be more helpful

Generally happy but no response when phoning through to reception and room service. Went to the bar to order room service and was then told I'd have to pay £4 on my order as I hadn't spent £20. It doesn't mention this anywhere.

It's alright, can't complain. It's not 4 star but it's not bad.

Travelled here from the midlands on the way to Snowdon in terms of location it was ideal! A great half way point, comfortable, SKY Tv and only a 20 minute walk from the centre where we ate at the Fat Boar. (highly recommend!)
