The staff was so nice and helpful. And the location is very convenient and good. And many restaurants nearby.

I loved the location with many cafes, massage places and shopping. Really a happening area. Room is big and comfy with enough area to pack. Breakfast is international and yummy.

Good location! Nice room! Good service! I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast 🥐 each morning and the stunning views from my window. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Location wise 💯!

I like the location of the hotel. It is super convenient and very close to airport. However, I think the hotel could clean their bath tub better, it was very dirty. And it will be nice to install a little light in the toilet area, after we close the glass door it is very dark inside.

I had an amazing stay at U Nimman Chiang Mai. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the center of the vibrant Nimmanhaemin area, surrounded by cafes, boutiques, and within walking distance of MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center. It’s a perfect base for exploring the lively atmosphere and cultural spots of Chiang Mai. The rooms were beautifully designed, combining a modern touch with traditional Lanna influences, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the unique 24-hour check-in/check-out policy, which allowed us to maximize our stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool, which offered great views of the city and mountains. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, featuring both local and international options. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, making the stay feel personalized and memorable. I’d highly recommend U Nimman to anyone visiting Chiang Mai for a stylish and convenient stay!

The positives Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers Negatives 1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel 2. Deluxe room was VERY dim 3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great 4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩 5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on 6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels 7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights. 8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark. Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. I was deeply dissatisfied with the service I received during my recent check-in due to the rude behavior of one of your front desk staff members. The staff member, who appeared to be older, displayed an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude by gesturing aggressively with her finger while explaining something to me. Such conduct is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the hotel's image. I expect immediate corrective measures to be taken to address this behavior, as it severely impacts the guest experience and the hotel's reputation. I trust you will handle this matter promptly and ensure it does not happen again. Thanx.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by shops and vibrant shopping areas, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room was comfortable, but the design felt a bit unusual. The toilet and bath lacked additional doors to separate them from the main room, and the toilet door wasn’t fully enclosed, which, combined with the absence of an exhaust fan, caused unpleasant odors to linger in the room. The bath area was poorly lit, making it quite dark, and the basin was positioned in the same row as the minibar and open closet, leading to water splashes on the corridor and table. Our first night was uncomfortable due to dust mites, but the reception staff were helpful and assisted us in changing to another room, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was enjoyable, and despite the initial inconvenience, the overall experience was positive thanks to the location and service.

Strategic location. Nearby with shopping , restaurant with walking distance.. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel breakfast and dinner buffet super worth. Free upgrade room for my honeymoon trip. Highly recommended.

Great location, facilities and services. Staff at reception and concierge are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and very comfy. Food at breakfast is superb. Parking was a bit challenging at One Nimman garage.
