Ulasan Giraffe Manor Hotel

Had a wonderful time at the manor. The environment was very tranquil, beautiful scenery and very clean. Food was good also.

The Hotel is not bad, with decent facilities and some activities especially for children. The highlight of this hotel are the giraffes. The rooms were decent and big, however the cleaning could be a bit better. The biggest flaw with our room was that it had transparent doors in both the toilet and shower room and they are directly opposite each other.  You can literally see everything through the transparent doors and there is absolutely no privacy using the toilet and shower room. This must change as it’s very unacceptable. There should at least be an option to draw curtains to add some privacy. Also there was sort of a mouldy smell in the room. Another very disappointing part of our stay was the dining options. It was very limited to say the least and the quality of the food was (to put it politely) below average. Also their restaurant closes at 8:00pm and after that there are absolutely no options for food within the hotel except cup noodles. Also there is nothing much around the hotel so if u don’t eat before 8:00pm you will have no options for food. The hotel needs to improve their F&B facilities tremendously. The hotel has good potential to be a great tourist attraction, but they need to improve in service, cleanliness and F&B.

Our children love animals!! So visiting giraffe manor was a great way to spend our family time. There were full of activities and well kept place with clean rooms and great amenities!! Mr. Fang, a hotel staff was very helpful when we have trouble figuring out the information at the hotel. Thank you so much for making our holiday a very memorable one.

It was a great stay and we had a great time with my family! Room is good warm and specious, surrounded by bamboo forest. A lot of activities for children. The staff was nice , especially manager Xiaowan, he helped a lot , answered all or questions. I recommend this place !

the experience at giraffe manor was amaaaazing due to the awesome service provided as well as the spacious and clean rooms! there’s smart TV so we were well occupied for our 2 nights despite the foggy weather during our stay thus we felt rested after our midnight flight! thanks to 小张 for giving us timely updates, feedback or any help we required! awesome service, thank you! ❤️

Amazing stay with 3 families and 4 kids 8,5 and 4 years old . I would recommend go from Sunday to Monday or weekdays. Great nature, many activities for kids, shuttle bus service, friendly staff. If your kids picky eaters -bring your food with you, there if fridge in the room. Breakfast is good, dinner you can find rice, noodles and soups with dumplings. There is kind of cable car, trampoline, slides, indoor playrooms. Service is super efficient, rooms are clean. Super happy that we made it !!!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Giraffe Manor Hotel. It was very fun to have breakfast with the giraffes and we got to feed them carrots. There were a lot of other animals at the resort to feed as well. There were golf carts to take you to different spots, which was great for young kids. Our concierge Xiao Wang was super helpful and answered all my questions on WeChat and helped with arranging transport and activities.

Wow, wow wow! What an amazing experience! The giraffes are so well looked after and are treated very well in this conservation site. They are so friendly! The staff at Giraffe Manor were incredibly welcoming and patient, and made our experience even more comfortable. The room was magnificent and great value for money. Will be coming back!!

Great hotel and park. Nice breakfast with giraffes! We were happy with a standard room. Spacious and good located.

Very good, but food was disappointing.

Great place to have fun with kids. Tons of activities and of course the highlight which is breakfast with the giraffes. The little villas were a little disappointing, maybe because was raining, but the terrace was soaked and there was no way to get inside without making the whole room filthy, also the decoration was a little cheap. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about. Service was extremely friendly.

Fantastic location and activities. Dinner buffet was good, but overpriced considering the food selection. Breakfast was nice and the proximity with the animals make it a special experience. We had an issue with water on the floor, near bathtub, personnel was reactive and kind, but could not find the source of it and anyway it seemed there was no leaking…

You pay a lot of money for nothing. Everything else, for example rollercoaster you have to pay a huge amount oh money to use. Should be included in my opinion when you pay so much for a room/stay. Also the Buffett was really limited regarding the offer. Not really tasty. We will definitely not coming back!

Nice calm green scenery. Rooms are okay. No English is spoken. Diner basically to be taken in the hotel which was rather pricy and Chinese style. Morning breakfast with giraffes is what we came for and definitely something special especially for our son.
