Ulasan Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa

Had very bad experience at this resort and not recommend for any one wanted to enjoy the Red Sea. Cleaning and hygiene is zero - staff altitudes are terrible. Won’t go back to Hurghada ever my or my kids .

Hotel is huge, everything is little bit older but in good condition and simple Mediterranean style. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had room cleaning every day. Service is good, all stuff is very friendly. However 90 percent of the guest are Russians and food is adapted for their taste, which means very plain taste, very often without any solt and spices at all. We stayed for 8 days and after 5 I really had it enough of that kind of food. Hotel is full of unattended kids all around, which was very irritating. This hotel definitely isn't 4 star hotel. Huge minus is WiFi. They don't provide it, so we were forced to pay extra 20 dollars for internet which was very bad, slow and we had connection in intervals. What hotel don't provide free WiFi today? Also hotel was overcrowded and we were waiting in lines to enter the restaurant.

Hotel good. But stuff on reception quite rude.

Really bad experience, stuff very rude towards the guest , they keep me waiting over 2 hours just because I booked through trip company, they said it’s your fault as you looking for cheaper accommodation next time book through us direct, the toilet the broken.

The hotel is good, but i had a bad experience in checking in & out. The food is good enough

一個非常大型的遊樂場所，幾乎都是俄羅斯人 餐廳很大 但選擇的餘地並不多 菜系是俄羅斯菜 位子比較難找 我住的房間新裝修味道很大 換了個老房間 送了房間水果和延遲退房 沒退差價了。大多房間面對的嚴格説來只是人工海景 是T字行 一橫是紅海 然後挖了一豎 兩邊的房間都面對着這一豎 前台幾乎天天可以看到發火的客人 簡單的入住 不知道為何普通前台員工不能處理 一定要經理 而經理往往同時處理幾件事還不停的打電話 我的入住從開始辦理到拿到房卡四十多分鐘 我是有預訂的

人類圈養中心 非常值得體驗

服務態度極差，房間也舊，訂房時找不到預訂故意漲價，早上退房時説丟卡還被坑了300埃及榜，明明是工作人員沒有給另外的卡，總之這個酒店是埃及體驗感最差的酒店

設施環境沒得説，度假村比較大，餐廳出品可能不合適中國人口味。服務人員比較冷漠，房間就是國內三星水準

大部分都是俄羅斯人 去的時候是週末可謂是人山人海

便宜又好 酒店的海灘很美

這個酒店，年份比較久。如果僅僅是來遊玩，這個酒店是個挺不錯的選擇，畢竟一日三餐，在酒店裡就都可以解決了。如果對吃很講究的，那還是出去吃吧！因為酒店裡俄羅斯的客人比較多，所以很多食物都是偏俄羅斯口味的。當地的食物也是海鮮類和牛肉羊肉一類比較多。 紅海，主要玩的就是海，下海吧，出海吧，潛水吧…… 酒店的海邊正對東方，看日出最美了。

Hotel ma 4 gwiazdki. I w standardach Egiptu zasługuje na nie. Jest dość czysto. Jedzenie w restauracji ładnie podane i je się ze smakiem. Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone ale jest co zjeść. Hotel ma taki średniowieczny styl, dlatego mimo, że ma już swoje lata to drobne podniszczenia mebli, drzwi i tym podobne wprost wpasowują się w klimat. Pomysłowe. Dużo wygodnych leżaków. Dużo morza. Mało basenów. Jest kawałek rafy. Sprzedawcy na terenie nie są nachalni. Brakowało mi kawy i herbaty w restauracji podczas lunchu i kolacji. Ogólnie można spokojnie przyjechać. Choć widać pewne oszczędności z powodu sytuacji na swiecie. A...i trwają renowacje. Więc będą poprawy.
