Ulasan Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

this hotel was beyond my expectations .we are extremely satisfied.the staff is very kind,helpful.their service is just great.almost all of foods were delicious.they also keep hotel very clean.we enjoyed our vacation and strongly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

最近入住Jaz Casa酒店的體驗簡直超乎預期！從踏入大堂開始，就被明亮温馨的裝修風格吸引，處處細節都透着高級感與設計巧思。客房更是驚艷，床品柔軟親膚，智能設備一應俱全，窗外的城市景觀視野絕佳，每晚都能伴着靜謐夜景安然入睡。 酒店服務堪稱一流，工作人員熱情周到，無論是快速高效的入住辦理，還是貼心準備的歡迎水果，都讓人倍感温暖。早餐選擇豐富，中西式美食琳琅滿目，口味完全不輸星級餐廳。 位置也特別便利，周邊商圈、景點步行可達，出行十分便捷。

埃及赫爾格達的豪華酒店有很多，為了挑選到最稱心如意的酒店。來之前做了很多功課，但是其實評價都還挺少的，而且不管是哪家都有評論都説工作人員對白人和亞洲人區別對待，歧視🇨🇳人，這其實讓我挺擔心的畢竟出門在外還是很影響心情的。 但是來到這家酒店一切都讓我驚歎，整個酒店很大，房間也很新，來的兩天衹有我們兩個東亞面孔，也是小眾上了。三餐全包是自助形式，品種超級多很新鮮精緻，味道也很不錯。酒吧提供免費酒水，服務也都特別周到，經理還向我們取經問如何能吸引到中國客人，並且免費贈送了我們海灘的私人包間。晚上會有酒吧表演當地特色節目，互動環節各個國家的人一起跳舞，自由在此刻具象化。這兩天簡直就像是在白蓮花度假村的體驗，絕對不是託，Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach真的值得！

紅海這一篇的度假村都還不錯。 這家服務很好。一價全含 三餐 不需要出酒店哈。 最主要 餐還很符合國人口味。 泳池也很多。沙灘也可以直接玩水上項目。方便。

先説結論：不推薦去赫爾格達花錢受氣，全員結構性歧視中國人。如果非要去，這家酒店可以考慮 1. 服務：餐廳工作人員還行，但是 – 沙灘上工作人員對白人會超級熱情聊天並主動詢問喝什麼，到我這就直接跳過，中國據我觀察都是吧枱自取。interesting，主打暗着噁心你。和manager投訴後，並無改善（管理團隊誠懇道歉了，但埃及結構性歧視也許無解） – 沙灘上我還因為搬動了一個沒人用的圍欄被工作人員大吼（旁邊白人一個人用兩個就毫無問題了） 2. 配套：説是四個餐廳，但根本預約不到，等於衹有一個餐廳，食堂水平的食物。衹有燒烤吧還行。但凡住過其他地方的全包酒店，都誇不出來 3.房間：裝修很搓，國內廉價快捷酒店水平，招待所三個字形容最準確 總之赫爾格達這個地方完全不推薦，這個酒店已經是評價相對不錯的了

這家十分適合和朋友來躺平，餐廳有幾位服務員大哥都很熱情，每天都會推薦適合的酒水，全包基本上不用擔心很多，過上了短暫的吃完就曬太陽，曬完太陽就吃飯睡覺的規律日子

躺平酒店，一切都很舒服：景色、餐飲、服務，沒有絲毫的不愉快。但也沒有對比過其他酒店，不知道是不是各項都是什麼水平。

酒店環境優美！服務周到！飲食豐富！一價全含！品質保證！超出預期！

第一天到的時候是凌晨了，給我安排的房間緊鄰設備房非常吵！當場提出換房間，口頭上答應，酒店人員走以後就再也沒有回信，電話也一直打不通無人接聽；這個房間被子有點點不乾淨，好在第二天去前台讓他們給我們換了安靜的房間；

整體服務都不錯，房間也還可以。最重要，在埃及這幾天冷死了，但是這家暖空調是有作用的（很多家都沒用）。全包服務也很棒！
