Good！Nice hotel and service！ 海灘的海很清澈，但感覺比較小。裏面挺多白人的，餐很好吃，服務員很nice！就是門口的士太貴了，前台人員説用uber更好。

Très bel hotel, hall d'accueil lumineux, personnel de la réception agréable sans plus. Chambre : mobilier neuf et de qualité, c'est agréable, attention certaines zones de l'hôtel peuvent êtres bruyantes le soir pendant les animations. Restaurant : très bon, beaucoup de choix, toujours de la place pour manger. En dehors des heures de repas c'est plus compliqué pour avoir à manger, même avec la formule tout inclus. Bars : très bon cocktails Plage : propre et confortable, par contre on entend toutes les activités de l'hôtel à côté, pas terrible pour se reposer. Piscines : très bien Animation : moins bien que dans les autres établissements, spectacle du soir pas terrible, en journée les activités sont toujours les mêmes.

This was the first time I'd ever been to Egypt and also the first time I'd ever done an all-inclusive... It did not disappoint! Arrival: So, my partner and I arrived on an evening after dinner was finished but we were still treated to a welcome drink and some snacks to tide us over. When we arrived at our room we were surprised with a beautiful bed display and a cake in honour of our anniversary (which I'd let them know we'd be celebrating when we booked). Room: The room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the pools from the small balcony. It had air-con, a safe, TV, couch, table, wardrobes, telephone, minifridge and a separate bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The room was regularly cleaned unless we put the do-not-disturb sign out and the cleaners did a very thorough job (honestly, the whole support staff are unsung heroes at this place). We were mostly left in peace whilst in our room but the doors need to be closed with a bit of force so, if your neighbours come back at 2am you will know about it! Pools: The pool facilities were great; they're constantly being cleaned so they're excellently maintained. There are 3 pools: Heated, unheated and child's pool. There are also 3 water slides. I can't comment on the kids pool or slides but the other two pools are pretty similar to each other (apart from the temperature difference), neither is very deep but there is plenty of swimming space and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant. The heated pool has a swim-up bar and the other has a snack hut, so you can easily grab a cocktail or ice-cream. Be aware that the pools open and close roughly with the time of sunset/sunrise, so that meant around 0800-1600 while we were there; no late night swimming sessions for us :( Beach: The beach is a little walk away but it's not difficult and even those with mobility issues are unlikely to struggle with it... You just leave the complex, cross the road and head down a foliage-lined pavement through the sister-hotel and you come out on a cordoned off section of beach. While you're there, the staff still bring you refreshments and there's also a security guard on-site, so you feel safe leaving your things on a beach chair and you know that there'll be no hassle from the locals trying to sell you things. There's a large body of water cordoned off for hotel guests to swim in with anchored platforms and perry-bouys scattered throughout. We did a little snorkeling and it's not hard to come across fish in this area either. When you're done there are some showers nearby but no changing facilities (but with your room 5 minutes away, that's no big deal). Food & Drink: There are places all over the complex where you can grab a snack or drink throughout the day and the inclusive drinks include all softies, local beer, spirits and cocktails but I believe wine cost extra (I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I wasn't especially paying attention) the drinks are on the weak side but I suspect they don't want to b

Staff very nice and helpful , food was great and hotel is in a very nice area and very clean Entertainment staff were always nice and the bartenders were also very funny and nice. Food was great and so were the drinks. One of my favourite destinations I have been to

We leave tomorrow after an amazing 11 days at this hotel . The rooms are big , spacious and spotlessly clean . Special thanks to Ahmed who cleaned our room every day, he always checked if we needed anything , towels are replaced super fast . Just excellent service Ahmed Thankyou . All the staff in this hotel work so hard and will do everything they can for you. The food is superb & the dining staff are amazing ! We travelled to Luxor and Mustaffa from the hotel taxi service took us and picked us up , lovely guy and even text us to check we were okay . The pool is very good , volleyball , some days inflatables , water polo and aqua aerobics if that’s your thing . Thanks to Mustaffa at the bar, the selection of drinks … magic 👌 We visited the beach and loved that too, great trips from Egypt international , the snorkelling was epic We will come back for sure

Amazing views, hotel is clean and beautiful. all staff are very friendly and welcoming, great entertainment for both adults and kids. great variety of foods and drinks to suit all people’s taste! great pool bar and nice big pools. all staff are very helpful. a great experience!! would definitely go back.

Had the best 10 days here staying with two friends! The hotel itself is stunning, very clean and the staff are lovely - they can’t do enough for you. The entertainment team were fantastic, Klara, Ramy, Sonic and Abdullah were all great. Getting you involved with the day time and evening entertainment and left you to relax if you didn’t want to join, although always made the effort to come over and speak. Our cleaner was great he was so lovely and did a fab job and left towel creations for us every day. (Room 1159) The food was lovely especially the al a cartes! Main restaurant buffet also good and we had two regular waiters who were also fantastic couldn’t do enough for you! Would also recommend the spa - we all had a hammam and massage on our first day which was great, very relaxing. Stunning beach and pool areas, quieter/busier areas and the infinity pool and bar were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to return we loved it here!

Excellent hotel, friendly and cheerful staff. Great facilities available. Animation team go above and beyond to entertain guests :)

A lovely resort with fantastic staff, great amenities, and landscaped gardens. It spoilt only by the constantly noise of poor quality music late into the evening. If it wasn’t for that (and the decibel levels way above the “Lively” description offered by Tui) it would have easily been 5/5 rating.
