The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. One reason we booked there was they advertised they had a bar. When we arrived we were informed the bar had been closed for a while and should be removed from the website.
In order to have some light in the middle of the night we left the bathroom light on and closed the door most they way to just let a little light into the room.
When we got up in the morning there was a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom which dissipated after the door was open for a while. I informed the front desk when leaving and she said they would defiantly check it out.

Very convenient location off of the hwy. clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in the room and breakfast included. Very friendly staff.

This was a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while traveling.
The desk clerk was very nice and friendly.
The ice machine didn't work. The whole breakfast was not out at 7:00 am , but it was out when we were headed out at 7:45 and looked good.

The cleanliness, friendliness and comfort of this stay was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was great and checkout easy.
Wish the room ph worked because we couldn’t call the desk to find out how to access the tv guide. Other than that, it was great! Thanks!

Really nice, clean hotel. Beds and pillows were great. Bathroom was super clean. Check in was a little iffy but she could have been new but she was super friendly and accommodating. Good experience all around.

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Loved our king suite, location great for restaurants and retail and easy access to highway. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again.

Room size is way more than expected. Very comfortable for a weekend trip of a family of four. Easy access to shopping and dining, and very close to Charlotte and Davidson. Only inconvenience was a fire sensor at the room was low on batteries and kept beeping one of the nights....no one available to address the issue at the moment.
