The hotel has convenient transportation and a very good environment, just inside the east gate of the park. The sanitation is also clean, and the bath water is better. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and the price/performance ratio of 30 yuan is good. The restaurant service and dishes in the hotel are well done. There are many kinds of morning tea, and the locals like it very much.

The lake view room in Wanghu Building is very beautiful, right on the lake, the beautiful view of the West Lake is outside the window, there is a small balcony, sitting on the balcony and watching the West Lake, life is beautiful, the hotel room is clean, but the bathroom smells a bit bad at night Well, I don't think there's anything you can do, just close the door. The facilities are also ok, and each room has Wi-Fi. Internet is very convenient, in short not bad. I don't understand why the room fee was deducted the day before I checked in from the room I booked on Ctrip.

和朋友一起來惠州旅遊，聽説惠州西湖堪比杭州西湖，就選擇了西湖邊的惠州賓館，一進賓館大門就發現這個酒店的管理很好，所有的服務人員都彬彬有禮，酒店有專用停車場，管理有序，房間設施雖然顯得陳舊，但乾淨整潔，早餐品種比較豐富，更好的是到西湖公園衹有3分鐘步行路程，我們竟然逛了西湖兩次，白天的景觀和夜晚的燈光景色都盡收眼裡，好開心呀😃🌹👍

惠州賓館條件超出預期。所以連住四晚。但服務參差不齊，剛到達賓館，找不到前台，有賓館服務人員熱情指點並想幫忙拿行李。這讓人很温暖。而有些服務人員服務意識太差。像昨天點評那位。今天中午去刷卡，一位葉姓女士當班，首先態度很和藹，我説給賓館好評一事，她馬上就去電腦查並滿足了我的一個請求。在此深表感謝！

酒店是舊了點，廁所空間很小，上個廁所能碰到淋浴間的玻璃。但是衞生很好，打掃得很乾凈，連推開床墊，牀板都是乾淨的。空調出風口位置很小，雙床靠牆壁的基本都吹不到空調，蚊子很多。

客觀來講，設施不錯，三層樓高帶陽台還有電梯，房間裝修舊式的比較一般，衞生也還可以，前台服務態度一般化，比其他酒店熱情度少一些，停車方便充足

酒店位置很好，在西湖邊，離步行街也很近，可停車。房間乾淨，淋浴水好。酒店中餐廳服務熱情，菜品味道不錯，另加服務費。

地點及停車方便， 一出門就是惠州西湖， 春節人超多， 房間是雙層玻瓏， 但不知為何好吵， 內園停車場嘈吵， 隔音不太理想， 其他都可以。 老牌酒店， 重新裝修，整體整潔。 早餐30元， 挺丰富， 只係要爬2層樓梯。

賓館就在西湖裡麪，緊靠公園大門，交通很方便。房間夠大，衞生，不愧是老牌星級酒店，停車也方便，早茶味道不錯，值得推薦。
