near hot place and easy to find places to eat；i think i will stay this hotel again！👍

Perfect stay, look no further if you fid the price ok

Service attitude is acceptable. However, the facilities are quite bad. TV remote is broken, door of bathroom couldn't be closed, the tissue box is mostly filled up by styrofoam. The drain of bathtub is clogged. Besides, the soundproof is really bad. Always can hear the neighbors noise from upstairs, next door and opposite rooms.

Wish they had told me that the "night walking street" is right outside on the weekends. Lucky i got to see it, but i almost missed it

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 young children and this was great! Convenient location, family friendly connecting rooms & very good service

Reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Greeters at the door were always friendly and attentive.Hotel was clean. Good location. Daily laundry offered. A block down the street a vendor was providing workshops on how to make Asian hats, kites and artificial lotus flowers. Lots of fun. We were on the 11th floor next to the elevator. A bit noisy with the restaurant above. Hotel made a great effort to ask their visitors to remain quiet after 10:30pm. Bathtub / shower was not easy to get into / out (we are seniors) and amenities were a far reach. No recycling of plastic bottles. Pool had a lot of chlorine in it. Use of hot tub had to be scheduled in advance.

We spent a lovely three days and two nights there n Hue and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is excellent, only criticisms being a lack of anywhere to hang out damp clothing in the rooms and really two lifts is one too few resulting in several slightly long waits to access floors.

We stayed 2 nights in a Premier Studio Suite on 10th floor, room was spotless, had twin beds which were very comfortable. Separate seating area. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Breakfast was excellent, & we ate twice in the restaurant each evening. We also used the steam room & hairdresser. All-in-all this is a spotless, modern hotel at a really competitive price for the standard you receive, with friendly staff. Would definitely book again

Hā was wonderful serving us at the Sky Bar. The reception and manager were very helpful in providing information on our night train to Hanoiand a driver to help orient us at the train station. I'm an American War veteran and the Vietnamese people captured my heart. Even under extreme conditions they are sensitive and caring. It's why I say: Vietnam mai mai!
