The downside is that the room temperature is too cold, even after asking for two blankets from the hotel staff, it is still very cold, the mattress is very hard, the shower head has very little water, the water temperature is either too hot or too cold, it is difficult to control the water temperature, and the toilet tank does not have enough water.

The hotel is located next to San Min Junior High School, with a good location, but the hotel is a bit old. After all, it is a bit old. Except for the bright lobby, the corridor from the elevator to the room is a bit dim, and the room lighting is also a bit dim. It is recommended to improve the lighting. The overall environment is okay, but when I was sleeping, I heard the sound of Mickey appearing in the pipe room (the space where the pipes are placed)!

There is a rusty escape elevator in the room, which is hidden behind the curtain for aesthetics. The rusty screws fixed on the ground are protruding and have no protection at all. A family member walked over and kicked it and it burst into blood. Fortunately, it was not kicked by a child, otherwise it would be unimaginable. The service staff was asked to bring up the medicine box. The way of applying the medicine did not comply with the principle of sterility at all. It was obvious that the employees had no professional training at all. The attitude of handling the matter was negative. Later, when the family went out shopping and passed by the lobby, the counter staff pointed at the injured family member and laughed at them. It was so low-class. When checking out the next day, the child accidentally cried in the lobby, but the family had already stopped him from crying. At this time, an old male employee came over and accused him: You will disturb other guests like this. ? ? ? Wow~ attitude and *******? Did you not brush your teeth when you got up in the morning? The tone was extremely bad. The other guests at the scene were all families with children. No one had any unhappy reaction and their eyes all expressed sympathy. Only your employees have too many things to do. Why don’t you apologize for the hotel’s shortcomings last night? Crying there, the stay experience is so bad. I suggest the business owner to discipline their employees or just close the business. It's really ** to make other people unhappy!

1. The location is good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and the downtown department store.
2. Old hotel, but kept clean.
3. The sound insulation is poor, so light sleepers should be careful.
4. The breakfast was the only thing that I found appealing, with the sincerity of a big hotel.

The space is large, simple and a bit old. The service staff is friendly and breakfast is provided. But we had a short sleep and left before breakfast time. The location was okay.

This is my first time staying at the Sun Moonlight International Hotel. The location is very close to Jucheng. It only takes 10 minutes to walk. There is a parking space attached. The service staff is very friendly. I will come back next time.

It's an old restaurant, but you can tell it was run with care in the past.
Maybe you can consider slowly renovating and refurbishing the room, which will make it feel better.

The service staff is friendly and polite. The location is close to the city attractions and very convenient. The parking lot is a bit troublesome because it is an underground mechanical parking lot. It may not be so convenient for the elderly. You also need to call the hotel staff before arrival to ask if there is a parking space available.
