This is a review of our stay on 10/23/23 in room 432. We got a notification that our room was ready for an early check in at 1pm. We got there at 2pm. Check in was smooth. We parked by the pool and used the pool entrance to enter. There are 2 elevators, however only one was working. Made out way to the 4th floor and to our room. The hallway was extremely hot and humid exiting the elevator. The room was clean and had an updated look. The bathroom was very clean as well. Our room was facing the highway. You could hear traffic, but this was at 2pm on a Monday. During the night the noise did not wake us at all. We left hotel at 2:30pm and came back around 10 pm. Went to take a shower and it took over ten minutes for hot water to reach the shower. After the shower while trying to find something on TV we noticed that there were several stations that were coming in very fuzzy. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, and a variety of cereals and breads were available. Lots of juice options as well. I also noticed that they did have some grab and go brown bag breakfasts. Contained a bottled water, bagel, and some cream cheese and fruit. I had never seen that before at a Hampton Inn. All in all, a good stay. Knocking one star down because of the hot water issue. Would stay again if we come back this way.
