Ulasan Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Shiodome

Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the station. Rooms are small, clean and tidy, pleasant staff

Great experience with the team at Villa Fontaine Shiodome. They promptly assisted us during check-in, and took care of our luggages as we had arrived 3 hours earlier. The staff could speak great conversational english and assisted us with our minor requests as best as possible. We had no trouble checking in and checking out. The beds were comfortable and bathroom feels updated but retains it heritage. My only grip is that the TV faced straight at the sofa and could not be angled towards the beds: TV Bed Bed Sofa

Need to walk a short distance to the main ttrain station. There's a smaller train station directly in front but it doesn't serve the popular stop. Value for money. Room size is consider big for a Japan hotel. Comes with daily lounge cocktail service although I din manage to try this. Amenities are available downstairs at the lobby like facial wash and etc.

Very bad hotel. Highly not reccomended to stay here. They made a fuss about a name not matching the passport during check in. It’s a room not an immigration counter to leave the country. They need to get their procedures right. Very unaccommodating hotel. Do not ever stay here.

There was a woman who spoke Spanish, Japanese, and English, who I did not get her name but she helped the Morales family with a smooth check and everyone was very welcoming. The hotel is near a train station making it easy to do some tourism around the city. It is also very convenient to have a convenient store along with a coffee shop in the same building. I’d highly recommend this location for your stay.

Happy hour at no charge between 5-7pm was unexpectedly fabulous. The hotel is near to restaurants and bars. It’s clean and neat Acoustics were good too.

The location was good, but other than that it is just an average 3 star hotel.

Better than expected! Honestly before our stay we read some negative reviews primarily around customer service but our experience proved otherwise - in fact this was the best hotel experience during our Japan trip this time. Customer service was superb, staff were very attentive and service turnaround i.e luggage to room / extra towels were very quick. Will definitely stay here again next time

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in late March. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Ginza and Shimbashi. It's also convenient to take a few stops to Aqua City. There aren't many restaurants in this area, so it's advisable to do some shopping or grab a meal before heading back to the hotel. The room provided can accommodate more than 3-4 people, but there is an additional charge of 3000 yen per person if you originally booked for two. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, allowing for a more leisurely shower experience. One drawback of the room was the insufficient storage space for clothes, as there weren't enough cabinets or space for hanging. Additionally, the view from the lower floors overlooked the backyard of the building. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're seeking a quiet evening after exploring crowded areas.

Great location and good room size for hotel in Japan

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. The proximity to Shimbashi Station makes it very convenient to get around Tokyo no matter where you want to go. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Best of all, the rooms are spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. All the hotel staff were very friendly, especially Hernandez who was very sweet and helpful. If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is next to a metro station and 10 mins walk from a JR station. It is convenient to go to shinjuku, Shibuya or daiba. There are vending machines and washing machines on the floor of room, so can buy drinks or beers at night. The staff are nice and helpful. During 5-7pm, free drinks available at lounge and that’s a good refreshment.
