Lokasinya tenang, tetapi tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Stafnya ramah. Namun, tidak ada pemandangan. Toko obat dan beberapa restoran di dekatnya.

Resepsionisnya baik dan saya bisa check in dengan lancar. Transportasi: Stasiun terdekat berjarak 30 meter dalam garis lurus, belok kiri lalu kanan ketika Anda keluar ke stasiun besar. Kebersihan: Lingkungan higienis baik. Kursi-kursi di lobi sangat bagus, dan dekorasinya juga baru. Kelihatannya sangat bagus. Agak jauh dari kawasan bisnis.

Great location right next to Shijo-Omiya Station with easy access to transport and local shops. The room and bed size were decent—enough space to open two large suitcases and still walk around comfortably. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay spoke well in English. One note for Chinese travelers: in the twin room, the bed directly faces the entrance door, which is considered bad luck in Chinese culture. Otherwise, a clean and convenient stay at a good price.

Travelodge Kyoto Shijo Omiya is a nice hotel located near bus stops and a subway station. There are plenty restaurants nearby including a McDonald's which we went for breakfast everyday. Although it's not a big hotel, yet it's staff are very helpful, polite, and friendly. We could reach many tourist attractions by bus from near the hotel. In addition, it offers 3-people rooms for those who need it. The only catch is the hotel is about 25-minute bus ride from Kyoto station, which doesn't bother me. I don't mind to re-book this hotel next time I visit Kyoto.

Overall a great experience to stay in hotel room for a night. Convenient place, helpful staff and peaceful. But bathroom with toilet was stinking. Smells like a mould. It could be a due to extractor fan was less powerful. There is a extractor fan but wasn't effective. Might be a other reasons, but in my honest opinion, cleaning was not properly done or extractor fan wasn't working .

Simplistic. I am happy of the room, but find it that cleaning service could be available every 2 days instead of 3. The room was good but too bad that my room window faced another wall

The hotel is very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Located very near to the bus stop and train station. It is also near to shijo omiya where you can ride the randen directly to Arashiyama. Overall everything was perfect.

The hotel is nice though not great. Rooms are clean and practical . But no coffee nor tea available , which most Japanese hotels provide . Only 2 washing machines on each wing. Overall okay but no real assistance from reception on recommendations of tourist spots nor eateries .

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Pagong with M's in Kyoto. Although the room was compact, it was perfectly adequate for two guests. The service was consistently kind and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient 15-minute walk to Nishiki Market and both a 7-Eleven and Family Mart less than a block away. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly service, and prime location.
