Ulasan Hotel Bisanta Bidakara Tunjungan

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

Check in at night. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Nice for being alone. However, the parking is still not worth it.

The rooms are old, and quite a lot of mosquitoes, the best thing here is only the breakfast which is extraordinary like up to a 3 star hotel....thank you chef...you are the best

Strategic location near Tunjungan, the hotel is an old building, but comfortable, the rooms are a bit less tight, the hotel staff is friendly, yesterday I left something behind and the staff was quick to secure it. Thank you
