Hotel Pemandian Air Panas di Abuta District

Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. Everything was perfect and attention to detail was paid by the staff everytime. Just remember to contact the hotel in advance if you require transfer from JR Toya to the hotel. There were plenty of games to play at the hotel and the view of the lake was amazing. The lounge area has a bar for those who are into alcohol. The room was spacious and super comfortable with high quality amenities provided. The private bath was also superb. There’s a coffee grinder and drip coffee maker which was an interesting experience. Breakfast and dinner were also very delicious with top notch ingredients. Highly recommended!

Staf meja depan penuh perhatian dalam pelayanannya, dan supermarket memiliki segala macam kebutuhan sehari-hari yang nyaman dan lengkap; sarapan, makan siang, dan makan malam di restoran enak, dan saya tidak bosan memakannya selama a beberapa hari. Saya bersandar di jendela setiap hari dan menyaksikan orang-orang bermain ski di lapangan salju, dan masih sangat indah untuk menikmati pemandangan terbang sambil makan. Tempat sewa salju ini sangat efisien dan bisa didapatkan dengan cepat. Bus bandara beroperasi setiap hari. Bagi penggemar ski, sangat nyaman untuk meluncur masuk dan keluar. Pemandian pribadinya juga sangat bagus, baik indoor maupun outdoor. Kafe ini juga dapat digunakan untuk minum kopi dan makan di siang hari, dan berfungsi sebagai bar kecil di malam hari. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah hotel yang relatif menyenangkan untuk liburan.

Most impressive oishi & extensive buffet spread with succulent fresh seafood 🦞🪼🦀🐙🐠 & Hokkaido waygu beef 🥩🍖 for pampering indulgence. There’s even an onsen hot spring spa on site but we shy shy to use. Highly recommended, excellent job well done ✅

The location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much. Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.
