Hostels Osaka

It was my first time to come to Japan and I arrived at the hotel early. The hotel told me that I couldn't check in and had to wait until after three o'clock, so I left my luggage at the hotel and continued my trip. But the store didn't tell me that the front desk was not 24 hours a day, and I didn't notice. I didn't expect that I would arrive at the hotel so late. When I arrived at the hotel gate, I needed a room card to unlock it. However, the store did not have any contact information, and my luggage was still at the store, so I could only wait at the gate. Fortunately, I was able to enter the store after a tenant came in and out of the door. It wasn't until 10 o'clock in the morning that the reception desk staff came to work and I was able to get my luggage back. The waiting process was very painful. During this period, I asked the store to refund or reschedule my stay to the night of the 26th to 27th. However, the store said that it was unable to do so because the room was full. But I used apps to check that there are still five locations. This is why I think his service is not good. I think the store needs to make plans for some unexpected late check-in guests, such as notifying them through this app or email, leaving the room card at the reception desk, allowing them to check in by themselves, etc. I didn't go to the room to check the hygiene level. The lobby is relatively clean and tidy. There is a restaurant, and there are residents chatting and eating supper downstairs at night. The location is quite far from the tram station, and it takes about ten minutes to walk.

Hostel, clean and safe, offers lockers under the bed for backpacks or suitcases, above the cot with mattress no futon, clean, clean bathroom, clean shower. Very nice and friendly reception, speaks English. Rooms with 4/5 beds, unfortunately one snored and talked in his sleep all night but this is the inconvenience of hostels, nothing to complain about!

Excellent hostel in a very convenient location, everything is clean, tidy and warm in winter. The noise from the trains is strong, but it did not bother me at all + you can take earplugs in the lobby. The rooms have lockers, a suitcase + backpack fit. Access to the hostel is 24 hours, you can leave your luggage before / after your stay in the lobby and walk around the city a little more

Overall it's good 👍🏻 There is a free cat 🐱 to play.

Amazing place. In the male dorm, there were 20 capsules. Everyone was very respectful and discreet. It was quiet the whole time. In front of each bed, there is a space for luggage and a safe for valuable. There is one bathroom with 3 sinks and 2 showers. Very spacious and clean. It has amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads, hair band and cotton buds. Towels and bath mats are changed everyday and sleepers will be given as we must take-off shoes by the entrance. Location is near bus stop 8 and osaka metro. Great to visit the whole city.
