hostel Melbourne

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

The Best Western Plus Buckingham International was very nice. Located out of the City in the suburbs but within walking distance to local shops, train station and a large shopping mall 5 mins drive away. There is still some sort of construction going on but I didn’t hear any noise as I was out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant or pool. Reception is currently operating from a ground floor room instead of its original location. One thing though, the phone in my room and the safe did not work. If you plan to use these I’d suggest you check them at the beginning of your stay and talk to the staff. The staff were great. I’d stay there again.

I have stayed here a few times , mostly on stop overs ,nor if having an early flight, getting to the airport with shuttle is easy Sometimes it's a little hard to get hold of them for the shuttle so call as soon as you can, but returning to airport now always pre booked and simple The rooms are spacious, and clean, as are towels tv works great , there is a small kettle.and fridge, coffees and teas with small UHT milks The bathroom is spacious and shower great. No complaints, I've never eaten the breakfast, not tried the happy hour drinks yet but the happy hour sounds good. There is a room service menu available. The laundry and gym are very basic but it's an airport hotel The pool seems fine.

Tempat di sebelah sisi laut sebenarnya lokasi yang bagus, tetapi daerahnya bukan yang terbaik, mungkin menjadi menyeramkan di malam hari, fasilitas mandi perlu ditingkatkan, wifi bagus dan berfungsi, saya tidak akan mengulangi tempat ini kecuali saya harus, tetapi bukan tempat yang buruk sama sekali, orang-orang baik dan orang-orang yang membantu itu hanya untuk saya

The location is good, it is just a few minutes to Box Hill center, where you could find most you want.also it is close to train station. The apartment is spacious and with all amenities you need

1. Lokasi sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan Pasar Queen Victoria yang terkenal, tepat di seberang jalan. Anda bisa pergi menikmati makanan laut sejak pukul 6 pagi. 2. Tidak jauh dari halte Skybus juga, sekitar 500 meter berjalan kaki, dua halte trem, lalu 500 meter lagi berjalan kaki. Trem Melbourne gratis, sangat nyaman. 3. Sekitar dua halte trem dari pusat kota, dan tidak jauh dari Universitas Melbourne dan Perpustakaan Nasional. Ada supermarket dalam jarak 200 meter, dan supermarket serta restoran Asia di lantai bawah, jadi makan bukanlah masalah. Pecinan juga dekat. 4. Hostel berada di lantai atas, jadi Anda harus membawa koper Anda naik tangga. Resepsionisnya orang Tionghoa, jadi komunikasi sangat lancar. 5. Dapur berada di lantai dua. Tidak banyak mangkuk dan peralatan makan, tetapi banyak panci dan wajan, baik untuk merebus maupun menggoreng. 6. Kebersihan kamar biasa saja. Saya menginap di kamar asrama wanita berisi 8 orang, dan ada bau urin. Teman-teman perjalanan saya memiliki penerbangan sehari lebih awal dari saya, jadi saya tidak memesan hotel tambahan, hanya satu malam, lalu bergegas mengejar penerbangan saya. Cukup untuk satu malam. Jika Anda menginap jangka panjang, Anda akan membutuhkan tempat tidur yang lebih baik. 7. Ada seorang pria berusia lima puluhan di kamar kami; dia sangat berani. 8. Saat memasak di dapur, semua orang tampaknya makan dengan sangat sederhana. Baik mereka orang Tionghoa atau Barat, mereka semua makan mi instan. Saya satu-satunya yang membeli udang dan salmon untuk dimasak. Seorang pria India sedang membuat kari ayam. Ada air panas gratis di dapur.
