Hotels in Central, Hong Kong

Stayed at the Conrad overnight for a flight. Hotel service was exceptional across the board, from check in to housekeeping to my eventual shuttle to the IFC to take the AirPort Express. Staff were considerate and friendly. The only downside was that breakfast was quite busy, but I went down at 9 am, which was a peak time.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Bishop Lei Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city and harbor. Overall, a great value for money and a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back!

Services and amenities are great. Only two negative points I had which will prevent me from ever going back there: they used the email address I provided to subscribe me to their marketing emails despite explicitly asking not to and filling the form to avoid these emails as well. I am now receiving few emails a day and unable to unsubscribe. I had to create a specific rule for GHA Discovery emails to go straight to the bin, but they also subscribed me to third party marketing… The second point, I purchased a food credit when I checked in, during the whole stay the staff won’t answer how much of that was used, only on check out they’d let you know if you spent more to pay the balance.

I had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. What truly made it exceptional was the extraordinary team working there—every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. The room was a beautiful blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, spacious and immaculately maintained. As a foreign visitor, I found the hotel incredibly welcoming and easy to navigate, with staff always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. An unforgettable experience made possible by outstanding people.

One of the few hotels that allows accommodation of 4 (two adults, an infant and a child under 9) in a single room. Location is excellent and view is amazing. The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. Room is very well thought out and very good sized. Only downside is it takes awhile to get into an elevator during peak hours. Relatively kids friendly, booking during Christmas stay included welcome loot bags for kids.

We booked at the last minute during peak season, therefore we had to pay three times the original hotel rate. However, for the price we paid, it did not match our expectations. We had a room with no view, which was too small for four large suitcases, and the only amenities were a toothbrush. We would remark that staff members did not go above and beyond as we had in other hotels. The personnel was just basic. The location is neither here or there. We needed to walk up and down the hill to reach the central area. We believe this hotel is good if you are not picky.

Our experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to its spacious rooms with modern amenities, professional yet courteous service, and prime location near key attractions. With a few adjustments to the breakfast variety, our stay would have been flawless. While the morning meal featured high-quality, flavorful dishes, the selection was somewhat restricted. Expanding the menu to include more diverse options-such as plant- based or gluten-free choices-would better accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. That said, the staff's outstanding hospitality truly stood out. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive, often anticipating our needs, whether arranging transportation or recommending local gems. Their dedication elevated our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable. We'd gladly return and look forward to seeing how the hotel continues to refine its offerings!

The location is the best ,connected to IFC mall where multiple of brands there and the skywalk

This is my go-to hotel to stay in every time I visit Hong Kong. Clean rooms, great location, and helpful staff. On each of my last three visits I have been given either a complimentary bottle of wine or a free room upgrade. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel. Small but charming, clean. Perfect location in Central, close to Central Market, IFC shopping mall and a lot of shops and restaurants all around. Not to mention walking distance from party central 🤘🏻🤪
