Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.

The worst hotel in such expensive price range. Found at least 3 live cockraches in the room walking around. And the bedding feels unclean (makes me itchy).

Great little hotel, conveniently located and reasonably priced

There were many reviews saying room is small. I think it depends which room you booked. Had the Executive Queen room and it was spacious and comfortable. Can’t fault them for daily change of towels and housekeeping at least, stayed a week and the sheets were changed once. Superb location near to MTR station and the financial hub at Central offices. Will stay again.

The location was great but it was really small sized room for 1 night its alright but starting longer might be hard tho.

Great location close to MTR. Small room with no disposable amenities, and difficult to move around unless with very little luggage. Other than that the bed is comfortable and good for a night’s stay.

The location is convenient both for business and tourism purposes. The room was small but acceptable.

Very kind and helping staff who made check-in at 4 am possible. The location was perfect for a city trip - very close to everything you need. Overall, would definitely recommend it for a trip to Hong Kong!

Literally the worst 'hotel' ever, for this price, it's despicable. - no bottled water - no toothbrush! - no slippers - super soft pillows, no stiff ones - curtains doesn't block light - paper thin walls, loud neighbors and piping If it weren't for the fact that it's new years and partying late and super tired, I'd would've demanded a refund!

Location is good but there is no tooth bush and slipper to provide and you have to buy for them which is a bit of unexpected.

The room was extremely small, even by Hong Kong standards, which I have visited regularly for over two decades. The price was highly inflated, not in keeping with the room on offer, which should have been a third of the price and then it would have been realistic and appropriate for the room. We were fooled by the photographs. As I was familiar with a hotel in the same chain, we mistakenly thought that this hotel would have a similar type of room and service. This room is a miniature, you can hardly walk inside without bumping into the wall or the door. It shouldn't be for two people, or for two beds, but only for a single bed. You can't even bring trolleys, luckily we only took a small rucksack each, otherwise there was no space to put the luggage. The bed is next to the window, the mattress is of poor quality and we slept badly. No water, not even a tea or coffee bag. In a room with two beds for two people, only one bath towel. I don't recommend it, it's a disappointment.

Small rooms if you travel with big luggage. Cleaning should be immensely improved, bathroom walls are very dirty, room full of dust in shelves and under the bed. Comfortable bed and welcoming staff. I would recommend it if cleaning is improved since location is great. Note that renovation is undergoing so no gym, laundry or breakfast available.

Fantastic all round for my first time in Hong Kong , even enjoy the view from my 17 th floor - fully immersive experience
