I visited Hong kong many times. I always stayed in hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui area. This hotel is the best! They give me the end unit with some view of the Observatory park. That’s bonus. I will definitely come back to stay next time I visit HK.

Pros - near restaurants and TST center, room is quaint and good for 2 persons. Housekeeping is quick to respond to requests. Cons- NOT recommended for the elderly as the climb to the hotel is very steep. Despite being on the Observatory road, and elevated grounds, there is NO good view from the small window. Just the adjacent building so we’re left without a choice but only to close the curtain throughout our stay despite us requesting for a good city view early on.

Good hotel with a clean room. But the location is uphill. Need to walk a few meters up a slope.

The room upgraded, enough space for the room and the table. The bathroom design also my favourite.

The room is newly refurbished. Clean and tidy. But the smell from the aircon is quite bad. The staff are polite and helpful. I will surely pay a visit next time when I travel HK.

Nice location. Clean and decent hotel. Helpful staff. Downside is you would have to walk up a slope after a long day

Everything is fine with the hotel except is located at the up hill. It’ll be difficult for us to drag out luggage all the way up to the lobby. Alternatively u may use the parking lift to reach the lobby.

The hotel was located in a good location that allowed us to reach every touristic spot of the city. The breakfast was good with different options to choose. The staff was polite and helped us to navigate the city since the first day.

I booked a room with breakfast but they said they got reservation without breakfast through Agoda. Finally I couldn’t have breakfast even though I paid and booked a room with breakfast. I never book a hotel in Hong Kong through you anymore.

The newly renovated room is clean and good. Highly recommended. However I found there’s less choices of food for me in the breakfast Buffet. I think I will not buy the breakfast next time.

Well located - the elevator system is stupid and needs to be replaced, no water provided in the rooms.
