價錢算平，周圍有幾間文青咖啡店和便利商店，也有麥當勞。
離地鐵站有點遠，酒店門口對面是垃圾場，附近都是賣布的店舖，夜晚會很靜，又有很多東南亞工人在附近聚會和流連。
