Good location, exit from K11 mall B1/2 and walk to the hotel. There was a few exit also can access to the hotel too. One good thing is 7-11 is just next to the hotel. Walking distance to take bus A21 to airport. Also can walk to the famous Ave of Stars

Overall nice experience, except that there was electricity outage, but assuming that it was In the whole area. The hotel staff was very friendly, they allowed me to check in without a deposit ( because my card wasn’t working) and also landed me a plug adapter. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. ☺️ Would stay again ❤️

The front desk staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the amount of documents he needed to fill out during check-in was huge, which made check-in very long. Other hk hotels can do it much faster. The rooms on the top floor smell of mold. The air conditioning was already on we, kept it on all the time, but this did not solve unhealthy mold problem.

Room is small, too small with minimal facilities. Not a value for money deal. There are several other hotel within a 100m radius. Suggest to check out others.

It’s amazing experience , very cooperative staff . But I don’t know why they took deposits from me ? I never paid deposits so far any time after booking with trip.com . Overall experience is very good .
