Ulasan Silvermine Beach Resort

Hotel ini berlokasi strategis sekitar 300 meter dari stasiun bus. Namun, pengalaman menginap secara keseluruhan mengecewakan. Properti ini sudah ketinggalan zaman, dan kamarnya berbau apek. Tempat tidurnya tidak nyaman, melorot signifikan, dan berderit keras setiap kali bergerak, sehingga sulit tidur nyenyak. Fasilitasnya sangat minim—hanya disediakan setrika, dan meskipun air minum tersedia, tamu harus mengambilnya sendiri dari dispenser di lorong. Kebutuhan dasar seperti sikat gigi dan pasta gigi tidak disediakan. Kolam renang tidak berfungsi selama saya menginap, yang mengecewakan. Meskipun stafnya ramah, mereka tidak berusaha memberikan rekomendasi atau panduan tentang daerah setempat, yang akan meningkatkan pengalaman menginap di resor. Selain itu, kamarnya terletak di lantai atas tanpa lift, sehingga tidak nyaman bagi mereka yang membawa barang bawaan berat. Kekhawatiran terbesar adalah kondisi hotel tidak sesuai dengan foto daring, karena propertinya tampak jauh lebih tua secara langsung. Ketidaksesuaian ini, ditambah dengan masalah lainnya, menyebabkan pengalaman menginap menjadi kurang menyenangkan.

Saya punya pengalaman buruk dengan kunjungan terakhir ini. Toiletnya bahkan tidak punya perlengkapan mandi (sikat gigi, pasta gigi, dll), seprai ada beberapa noda, kamar mandi tidak bersih, mencoba menelepon resepsionis 3x tidak ada yang menjawab, ketika saya turun saya melihat 3 dari mereka mengobrol 😅. Dan ketika Anda menanyakan sesuatu kepada mereka, wajah mereka sudah menunjukkan betapa kesalnya mereka 😅 Saya hanya sedikit terkejut, tidak akan kembali.

Kamarnya luas tapi sangat tua dan tidak begitu bersih, yang paling buruk adalah AC-nya, tidak cukup dingin. Berkeringat saat tidur. 😥

I’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy. Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else. I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.

The room was clean and the staff was always nice and helpful during my stay.

The Hotel is close to the pier, the room is clean and everything is a bit above standard.

Woke up in the middle of the night to find bugs all over the headboard. Had to change rooms multiple times and no elevators. Staff were nice to help out with luggage etc but the amenity is lacking and the cleanliness of the hotel is questionable to say the least.

Location is next to beach, vicinity is peaceful . The amenities and fixtures were basic considering it was a 3 star establishment. A refurbished environment , still comfortable with friendly staff.

Better not to expect anything from this place. It is old, the breakfast isn’t good and it could be cleaner (we found some hair on the floor when coming for the first time in our room). They are also fine with offering their customers beddings with wholes. The windows can’t be opened. We were supposed to have garden view but we just had view on a wall, rather the hotel or trip.com didn’t to the description properly, but they know how to charge more for the same thing. The only good thing is the location, very convenient to go to the ferry pier, and the size of the room.

The resort is a little bit rough around the edges, clearly built a long time ago. But the rooms and beds are big and you have everything you nee for a simple stay, and there's a lovely beach and hiking access around. The breakfast staff were really lovely.

Chill place, beautiful view which near the beach, quiet atmosphere that apart from hectic lifestyle.

Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a "resort". It's a decent hotel. The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated.My view was gross, so I kept the shade down. When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel! Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing). What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!

Always a good staff at this hotel. The closeness to the beach and the private swimming pool is great.
