Appletree Holiday Park

Came last weekend for a friend's birthday weekend. We stayed in Kingfisher way with hottub. The lodge was lovely nice and clean so comfy. Luke who came twice a day to check the hot tub was great so helpful. Will definitely be back again. Brilliant stay :)

I've just returned from a weekend away at Appletree Holiday Park to celebrate a friends hen party. We stayed in a 10-person lodge which was a perfect size and had a hot tub with a lovely view of the lake. The hot tub was treated/checked a couple of times a day. It was a decent size and we definitely made the most of it while we were there! The lodge looks like it has recently been refurbished - it was decorated modernly, felt clean and comfortable and looked great. The staff (particularly everyone in guest services) were great and even decorated the lodge for us before we got there with balloons and confetti. They went above and beyond to make the bride feel like a VIP, including a golf buggy ride to the lodge with her luggage! All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. When I called up to book and pay I spoke to Tracey every time and she was lovely! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning! We are already planning our next visit! Thank you!

I’m writing this as I’m sat snuggled up and sad that it’s my last night here at this beautiful holiday park ☹️ Myself, my husband and two year old daughter have been here the last three nights and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff are wonderfully friendly, the holiday park itself is well maintained, and our lodge was spotlessly clean upon arrival. We couldn’t work out how to turn on the central heating when we arrived, and so had to telephone customer relations, they were polite and efficient over the phone and maintenance came to show us how to work the boiler within 10 mins of making the call. We took advantage of a couple of vouchers we received for the on site restaurant upon check-in, and had a nice meal last night, again, served with a smile. The lodge itself has lovely touches, such as a mirror in every bedroom, an en suite in the main bedroom, a decent, modern looking and clean bathroom, a hairdryer in the main bedroom, good fridge space and freezer, and a nice electric fire in the main living area. There is also a little DVD player should you wish to watch a movie one night. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a washing up pack in our kitchen, consisting of sponge, dishwashing soap, a tea towel and a couple of bin bags. We will definitely be returning here as it was a very good price for what we got too! Thanks Appletree Park, the Dyers in lodge 26 😃👍🏻

The accommodation was good but wasn't quite up to the usual standard that we expect from Away Resorts due to cleanliness and damage to the property. The site is a lot smaller than other sites, which some may be disappointed with. We didn't spend much time on site so didn't really matter to us. The staff were all very helpful. The main issue for us and the reason why we wouldn't return is due to the road noise. The caravan rattled when large lorries and cars thundered down the main road directly behind us, which was especially an issue when trying to sleep as the main bedroom is directly next to the main road.

Peaceful, high quality accommodation, well maintained site ,clean and tidy , great for the short break just what we needed. Nice touches in the caravan- washing up stuff and towels provided too. Well prepared, warm would definitely recommend

There’s absolutely nothing to do for kids. Everything shuts at 9pm we never seen more than 5 people in the bar area. Very very quiet place kids were bored to tears. There’s one small play ground that’s it. Nothing for them to do in the evenings what so ever. Absolutely gutted for them. Yes the cabins are 5***** yes it’s luxery but it’s more for older couples who like it dead and literally it’s like a ghost town. Good golf facilities that’s about it. No walk trails. Taxis are horrendous and the neighbouring towns Boston and Sleaford are very very poor and rough. Taxis are very expensive £40 to Sleaford and then £75 on the way back. Id avoid this place unless u are happy with absolutely nothing to do other than sit in your cabin

Just returned from half term week with the grandchildren. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation all new and faultless. Golf greens immaculate. Ate each night in the restaurant. Much quieter than Tattershall where we've visited quite a few times. The grandchildren liked it was less busy and they could play safely with very little traffic about. It'll be great when the pool etc. open next year but don't get too big! All staff excellent.

We stayed at this lovely new park for the weekend with our 4 year old. Newly constructed, the park is being done to a very high standard. We had a wonder around and looked at the plans and appears to be set to only get better! We stayed in a lovely three bedroom luxury caravan, it was spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable! The small childrens play park opposite was a hit with my daughter and my partner gave raving reviews of the golf course and driving range. The resort is very clean and staff cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be returning this summer!

We just returned from our stay at apple tree and what a stay it was aswell. From start to finish our whole stay was just what we needed. The staff where above and beyond, the lodges themselves where very clean and accommodating, we took our little girl who also loved the surrounding areas and play park. The golf course is in great condition, the greens are like carpet and the golf range is top notch fitted with the added luxury of shot tracer. The food was excellent and the restaurant is finished to a very high standard. Thank you all at apple tree, keep up the hard work On a side note the greeting pack is a very nice touch, little things go along way and there was pretty much everything we needed in there.
