Ulasan Hoi An Hai Au Boutique Hotel

I was here for Typhoon Noru. I was provided with a flashlight, breakfast and extra water before the storm. The locking doors and outside shutters held fast. The town lost power and it was intermittent the next day but having provisions and a light made such a difference. Helen the manager was very helpful with bookings, recommendations and warnings. Room was nice, good wifi and quiet except when there is a typhoon raging outside. I would stay again.

하 싼값에 그냥 별생각 없이 예약 했는데 완전 비추. 청결함에 완전 무딘 거의 호텔 들어오시자마자 잠드시는 분에게만 추천할게여.. 저도 그리 깔끔하진 않은 성격인데 저는 엄마랑 둘이 갔는데 남자 짧은 머리카락이 화장실에서 보이고 모기도 아닌 날아다니는 벌레가 제 다리를 첫날 다섯방을 물어서 너무 가려웠어요 직원들 서비스는 너무 좋아요 챙겨주려하고 물어보고 제가 맥주를 사겠다하니 공짜로 3캔을 그냥 줬어요 ㅋㅋ 먹으라고 ㅋㅋ내가 주는 선물이라고 어메니티 라고 할것도 없고 ㅠ 샴푸 ㅇ린스 있지만 쓰기싫게 생겼고요 아무튼 방은 넓고 깨끗하지는 않지만 특유의 동남아 향 엄청 나오. ㅠ 들어가자마자 코곯고 쓰러지시는 분들에게 추천

너무 너무 이쁘고 직원이 너무 친절해서 기분이 좋아요!! 수압이 약한거 빼고는 다좋았어요 풀장도 사람이없어서 프라이빗하게 즐겼답니다

시설이 조금 오래되긴 했지만 수영장도 있고 올드타운도걸어서 갈정도로 가깝고 조식 포함가로 저렴하게 다녀왔네요~ 무엇보다 매니져인지 사장님인지 여자분이 매우 친절하게 잘해주었어요~ 호이안에서 후에가는데 애먹었는데 당일아침에 교통편 예약이며 투어 소개 등~ 매우 만족 합니다

部屋がカビ臭く排水口から異臭がします。 ベッドシーツも清潔ではないのでバスタオルを枕に巻いて寝ました。

수영장도 있고 세탁 서비스도 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 호이안 올드타운이랑 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 청결하였습니다.

더럽고 개낡았어요 무서워서 제대로 못잠 가지마 가지마

ホイアンに泊まるのには、場所が中途半端。歓楽街まで少し遠い。

컨디션이 한가지라도 좋은것이 하나도없는 완전 비강추

This hotel is very nice. I stayed here with my friend, and we loved it. The location is perfect, surrounded by small cafes and walking distance to the old town. You can rent a bike if you want, and the staff will help you. The staff is so nice, sweet and helpful especially the women named Helen. We felt very safe here, we even extended our stay with 2 more nights

Had a lovely week in Hoi An. Helen and Hai were both very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange tours for us or book tickets to shows. Or make recommendations of where to eat. I will probably be back as Hoi An has more to offer. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are firm but I like that. We had very prompt service to fix the air conditioning when not working.

A small and nice hotel, room was spacious, balcony too small and not usable though. Washroom was small and neat. We had booked for one night before our long stay at Karma Song Hoi as we had landed a day early. Ms. Helen checked us in and was helpful throughout. The other guy at the reception also was helpful in booking taxi and guiding us. Main drawback is the restarurant. Only breakfast is provided containing only bread, butter, cakes and fruits. There are other restarurants nearby, many infact. Hotel has a small swimming pool, didnt find any guests. Hotel provides cycles and scooters for a charge.
