Booked with breakfast, but the hotel said she received a reservation from ******* thru trip.com without breakfast. We have to go find our own breakfast, very disappointed.

I liked the location, close to the night market and floating lanterns. The rooms were clean and spacious. Possibly because it was low tourist season less efforts were made by staff, though. The pool was green, not maintained. We hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk, making it difficult to ask a question. My reservation with ******* indicated that there is breakfast included, but she said to me there was none. She did not clarify the amount that I would be charged for early check in, just told me when I checked out. The customer service could use improvement.

This hotel is terrible. The place is very run down, can see the effects of covid and no hotel gusts. The rooms smelt and was very musty and dirty. The bathroom was terrible and need a good clean. The toilet had stain in it, the pillows on the bed also had stains. The pool hadn’t been clean and you couldn’t swim in it at all! We ended up staying at different hotel. We did get a refund.

Stayed here for 6 nights, room was big and clean, breakfast was limited but each day cooked fresh and satisfying, the pool was great after a sweaty day out exploring....and the staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to help with anything.

Excellent séjour au Flamingo. Très bon accueil, heureusement que la barrière de la langue a pu être franchie grâce aux applications de traduction.
Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et spacieuses, le petit déjeuner convenable, la piscine super appréciable. La pension est dans une ruelle calme très proche du centre historique.
