Ulasan Hoi An Aurora Riverside Hotel and Spa

A little far out and right next door to a nightclub but pleasing views over the river. Very clean and nice to have a balcony.

Nice room with a lovely view over the rice fields. Slight noisey as it’s next to a party hostel however only noticed whilst on balcony though and it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The room did smell slightly of mold. I would stay again

This boutique hotel is ideal for seasoned travellers looking for safe, comfortable, and value-for-money accommodation. The rooms are clean and the daily breakfast was good and very substantial. The staff deserves special mention for their excellent service; they were attentive and helpful and made the stay a most pleasant experience. It's also great to be so near to the old town which was the key attraction for me.

The hotel's service quality is very good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean.

Очень хорошо здесь) Кроме велосипедов) я понимаю, они бесплатно даются, но это ведь не значит, что они должны быть такими плохими) нужно обновить парк велосипедов или подтянуть цепь. В остальном-хороший завтрак, отличный вид из окна на рисовые террасы, чистая постель, вежливый персонал! Украсили нам кровать в честь нашего медового месяца) Экскурсии предлагают дорого) Лодка-корзина предложили за 300к на человека, а мы купили на KLOOK за 150к на двоих!;)))) Всем советую покупать экскурсии на KLOOK;)

It was a great place to stay with my family, would definitely go back.

Pathetic old hotel which has been poorly refurbished. Touted as a 4 star hotel but the amenities do not show it at that level. Very simple and cheap chattels and furniture. Basic amenities like a tissue box or a writing pad were not provided. The bath shower cubicle was shaking when we were having a bath. The air-con was not working on a very hot day. The staff exchanged our room but the second room also had problems with the aircon and the door could not be locked, so we were then put into a 3rd room which had a better air conditioner. There were other guests in the hotel who were also complaining about the maintenance of locks etc. The breakfast was very simple with not many options that you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The only upside was that the staff were very nice and friendly.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good. Swam in the pool every day. The pool is well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free bicycles. To the old town is 2.8km easy level ride and about a 1km easy ride to the beach. Basically the kids, my wife and I loved the hotel. Strongly recommended

Great location within walking distance to the main markets and stores in Hoi an and a bike ride to the beach. Bikes were challenging which only added to the adventure. Staff were so helpful especially Tam. Made the most of the pool.

This is the second time, I come here look like the first time. Beautiful pool area. Our room was so spacious the biggest room we’ve had in Vietnam so far. Spacious bathroom as well, good breakfast and very nice staff.

This hotel was amazing for just over AUD$30 a room. The rooms are contemporary in design. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but it looked nice. The staff were delightful - super friendly. We had 3 large school groups move in at short notice (floods in the old town), and the staff were brilliant, very accomodating. The staff helped us arrange electric tuk tubs into town. We would gladly stay here again on a personal trip.

Hôtel très propre le personnel à l’écoute , petit-déjeuner correct .Qualité prix excellent.Bonne emplacement situé entre le centre et la mer prévoir une location de scooter qui se situe à 200 m de l’hôtel , l’hôtel prête des vélos gratuitement.

Se trata de un hotel un poco alejado del casco histórico (la ciudad antigua) que se encuentra a orillas de un río y en un bonito entorno. Nuestra habitación (la 406) era muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. Únicamente echamos de menos alguna percha más en el armario (sólo había dos). La cama, muy grande, y las almohadas eran comodísimas y la ropa de cama estaba muy limpia y olía muy bien. El baño es grande y espacioso con una ventana al exterior y mucha luz. Todo muy limpio. Ofrece amenities. La habitación cuenta con tv plana, una pequeñá terracita con vista sal río, agua, té y café de cortesía así como batas y chanclas. Hay wifi en todo el establcimiento, aunque en nuestra habitación iba muy lenta, pero cabe la posibilidad de conectarse a la wifi de otra habitación. .
