The room, managed by a friendly woman, was very spacious and clean. The balcony was free to use, and check-in and check-out were smooth. It's about a 10-minute walk to Nihonbashi. It takes 4.50 minutes by taxi from the airport, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to sightsee around Nihonbashi. There is no elevator. She tried to help me, but my luggage was heavy, so I carried it myself. Wi-Fi is available. Amenities are minimal, but there are.

Nice home stay in a good central location, very close to the river and night market. Plenty of restaurants around. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large bathrooms with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good air conditioner and internet. The host is very friendly.

We stayed for two nights in total. The landlady was very kind and asked us every day if we were enjoying our stay. The room was very clean, but the landlady opened the door and came in to clean it without informing us. We were startled and wondered why things had been tampered with. Later we found out that this might be a Vietnamese habit! The accommodation location is very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. There is a market at the door at night, but it is quite quiet. The overall quality of the accommodation is OK. The air conditioner is not very cool. Although there is an electric fan, it may be that the temperature is too high during the day, causing the building body to absorb heat and cool down slowly.

We spent 5 peaceful days at Hoatu Homestay. The location overlooks the night market. Madame Hahn made everything comfortable. Since we had to go to the airport in the evening, they extended our check-out time by 4 hours. They also invited us to lunch after the ***** Happy New Year ceremony, which is a national holiday. The room was cleaned every day and all facilities were fully equipped. I felt comfortable as a member of the family. They also arranged scooter and bicycle rental and airport drop service. Because it is a homestay, the accommodation itself feels small, but all the facilities and friendliness make you want to come back. We thank Madam Hanh, Hoa Wa Tu’s mother.
