Excellent stay. Perfect for relaxing trips. Loved the breakfast menu and location. Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Staff here are very nice and supportive. We got all our cab and tour services booked via hotel at good price. Got comfortable cabs for airport drop when booked.

The name aptly describes it as it is quite a gem in Hoi An, tucked away in the serenity of the real local scene; together with it will come the natural alarm bell of roosters crowing in the morning and ladies joyfully preparing a breakfast spread. Service is good, location is about 700m away from the Ancient Town but around the corner of the hotel are some convenient stores, one/ two massage and hair salon, eateries too. Amenities and breakfast spread surely must improve a little more.

Considering price.. little bit expensive ..swimming pool I great. But for breakfast I hoe they prepare coffee machine and new toaster machine..not enough food…

✅The Gem Riverside Hotel is a hidden treasure in the quiet but very convenient location to get around anywhere within walking distance like Hoi An old town, The memories of the Hoi An show, Thu Bồn river boat rides, Riverside street foods, and much more. By the way, this hotel is also located in front of the quiet river. ✅we got a warm welcome by the front desk on our early arrival. Miss Mai & Mr. Binh were able to arrange the early check-in of our room at no additional charge. Thanks! ✅The early breakfast was home cooking upon the customer’s request. I love the Mi Quang noodles and fresh rare beef Pho with all the fresh fruits from local markets. 🎈We will go to this Hotel again for sure due to its services and very reasonable price.

Was staying there for 2 nights. Is very near to town and I always walk instead of taking any transport

Pleasant hospitality from the hotel staff. The set back is the location. It is actually hiding at a quiet corner out of all the happening spots. Quite a far walking distance away. Hotel sound proof also bad. You literally hear all sort of noises outside the room.

整體來説還可以 其他評論提到的衞生和噪音問題沒有感受到。 乾淨+安靜。 但服務能力確實有些細節上的問題 我預訂了雙床間,但他們為了大團體的訂單把我的房間改成了單床房。唯一的補償是允許我退款。 免費租賃的自行車服務看似很好，但剎車是完全損壞的，非常危險。

직원분들 모두 친절하시고 수영장도 너무너무 예뻤어요 아 그리고 호이안에서 다낭 돌아갈 때 그랩비가 25000원 정도 나오는데 호텔에서 드랍 서비스 하면 15000원이니 알아두세요! 수영장은 오후 10시까지입니당

아. 위치넘안좋고 방음안되고 비추에요 직원들은 무척 친절합니다

KS n*** trung tâm Hội An, đạp xe đạp chừng 5 ph là đến các điểm như Chợ Hội An, show Ấn tượng Hội An. Đi ra biển An Bàng tầm 5km, khuyên các bạn nên đi xe đạp của resort nha, miễn phí mà tiện lợi lắm. Điểm trừ là phòng gym nằm trong góc, có vẻ bụi.
