Hotel ini bersih dan harganya terjangkau. Sarapannya lezat dan suasananya nyaman. Jauh dari Kota Tua Hoi An. Namun, mereka menyediakan layanan antar-jemput. Staf hotel. Trang dan Giang sangat ramah.

We loved our stay here at The Saga! The hotel is gorgeous—as good if not better than the photos—and of course the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, bar, gym and free bikes were great complements to sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet was the best out of any at the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, the options were extensive AND tasty. The downstairs of staying here is the location as it’s a bit far from the Hoi An old town. The twenty minute walk didn’t seem so bad when we book but it did make it less convenient to pop back in for dinner. They do have a free shuttle to the old town but that only runs three times a day and Grabs can be difficult to get a hold of. If you like to cycle the free bikes would make it a breeze to get around but not everyone in our family can. Overall, still highly recommended as I still think the amenities you get here make up for the location!

The Saga Signature room is amazing with few complementaries. The staff are nice and helpful. The service is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel room. The location is a little far from Old Town, but they provide free bicycles, so it’s just about a 10 minute bike ride away. Near the hotel are some very good nail salons and massage places. The buffet breakfast offered enough western and Asian options that changed daily. I would stay here again 😊

A very new hotel opened in 2024. We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded from superior to deluxe rooms. Room size is big enough with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was superb with variety of options. Staffs were all super friendly. Location is a bit far for walking to downtown. There are free shuttle bus arranged but only 3 timing. It's very hard to get a grab to and from old town. We had to pay 4 times fee for taxi to return to hotel. Overall, recommended stay.

Excellent stay at The Saga Hotel. Tram the restaurant supervisor was amazing as was the front desk staff. The breakfast was superb each day and the dinner was equally fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Hoi An
