I booked a room here but wasn’t able to stay due to Typhoon Yagi. They were helpful in changing the dates that I want to stay. They also refund one night due to the typhoon. It would be better if they can share their contact number in WhatsApp as it’s hard to make changes if you go through Trip.com agents. Better call them directly.

The hotel was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff was nice too. The things that could be improved are: - Bike availability - Variety in the breakfast buffet - A heated pool because it’s too cold to go during winter

Well, I couldn't have been happier with this place. It's simply wonderful. The service, the facilities, the peace of being there. I was going to stay for four nights, but ended up staying for seven nights in total. It's very close to the town on the highway, a five-minute walk, and they have free bicycles for guests... in short, I'll be back here again soon, because I also loved the surroundings and the landscape of this part of Vietnam.

Excellent hotel, a little lacking in service and attention, although overall everything is great. Excellent location, by bike in 3-5 miru you can get to the nearest restaurants. The hotel itself also has a good restaurant, prices are the same as everywhere. All attractions can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes. The hotel provides bicycles free of charge.

Very quiet rural accommodation with excellent wifi signal and excellent location, right in the middle of the two rafting spots of Sangu and Chang'an. The hotel provides free bicycles, and you can also rent motorcycles. We rented two motorcycles and visited all the attractions in Ninh Binh. It was a great trip.

The hotel is truly amazing. It's located in the middle of a beautiful landscape, close to everything you can visit (and accessible by bike, which is available). The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is absolutely incredible.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, upon meeting we were given a room of a different category, when they tried to prove that we had a deluxe room, they showed us a picture, the manager replied that the hotel only had such rooms, there were no others, in the end our room was found, but it was not ready , this is the whole of Vietnam. There are almost no lotus plantations. The pool is clean, the breakfasts are good. Overall a pleasant hotel, butterflies fly, frogs croak, beauty. There are almost no kamars. There is no safe in the room, no bathrobes either, although it is 4 stars. Free bicycles are provided, They are running, but in poor condition.
