The hotel was clean and the interior of the room made us relaxed and calm. We really enjoyed the room and the view from our room was amazing.
And for the hotel service, I think the receptionist was okay, but the bell boy was very hospitable and proactive. The check in was speedy, but the staff offer limited information to us, so we had to Google everything.
We had a breakfast at the ground floor, but the waitresses’ English wasn’t good enough, so the communication wasn’t really smooth.
Last, it was our anniversary trip, so I wrote to the hotel in advance. The hotel replied us timely and saying they were going to arrange some special amenities, but it turned out nothing happened. So It is quite disappointed, and I hope this kind of miscommunication will not happen to other guests.
