Good location and with distance to takashimaya and ben than and times square.

+ Hotel’s location is very good.
+ Nice staff with a facility for check in.
+ The amenities are correctly furnished.
+ The room is luminous with a big window
+ Having a breakfast.
- The room and, furniture are functional but are old.
- The old towels really need to be improved/replaced.

perfect location. room is ok for its price. breakfast quite good for its level. u cant ask a 3star hotel to do more than its price right?
looby receptionists are very freindly. room cleans everyday. but only has 1 lift.

Location is perfect. Staff are extremely friendly. Dont know why people complaint about this hotel, you are paying for a 3 star, but I would rate it between 3 to 4 stars.
Breakfast is minimal, but for this price, even only providing a coffee for breakfast would be satisfactory.
Room is clean. There might be noise at night but very minimal that stops about midnight.
The restaurant / bar opposition the hotel is a great place to chill. When booking a taxi to this hotel, just tell them Sheraton, as it is on the same street about less then 1 minute walk.
I also left my personal belonging there, and they help me to arrange it for my collection. All the people I met in Ho Chi Minh City are very kind and helpful.

地理位置相當好，但房間未打掃乾淨，有待加強
門口的服務人員看到客人回來，馬上打招呼，很親切，但是櫃檯那位女服務人員還好，早餐很普通，但吃得飽，飯店旁邊100公尺有24小時便利商店，旁邊全是餐廳飲料店，走出去就是熱鬧的街道，要搭露天觀光巴士很方便，百貨公司走路10分鐘左右。下次到胡志明還是會入住的。
