Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, I encountered significant frustrations with the staff's unwillingness to accommodate my needs.
I had booked two nights separately due to changes in my business meetings, and I requested to remain in the same room for both nights to simplify my stay. However, I was shocked to be informed that this would incur an additional charge of USD 100. I was prepared to stay both nights in cheaper room but that was not allowed either and was told to contact my booking Agent.This inflexibility in policy seemed unnecessary and left a sour taste.As a result, I had to make alternative meetings andarrangements, which inconvenienced me greatly.
While I understand that hotels have policies in place for a reason, I believe that a more customer-centric approach could have been taken in my situation. A little understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way in improving my overall experience.
While the Hotel offers comfortable accommodations, the inflexible policies and lack of willingness to accommodate guest needs left much to be desired. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their customer service in the future.
