Ulasan Lantern hotel

Di seberang taman di seberangnya ada Jalan Pham Ngu Lao. Kamarnya sangat bagus dan sangat hemat biaya! Sepeda motor saya ditarik karena parkir liar, tetapi staf hotel membantu saya mengatasinya. Terima kasih banyak! Selain itu mie daging sapi di sebelah hotel juga sangat direkomendasikan!

Lokasi sangat bagus, dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Bar Street. Staf layanan sangat sopan dan akan tersenyum dan membungkuk. Ada juga laundry gratis untuk jumlah barang yang tidak terbatas, dan minuman gratis tanpa akhir setiap hari. Hanya ada tiga rumah tangga di setiap lantai dan sangat sepi.

Hotel yang bagus. Layanan bagus. Menginap selama 1 malam, pasti akan kembali untuk menginap lebih lama!

I really liked the hotel. It's not exactly new, but it has a convenient location. There are many cafes, shops, currency exchange and a market nearby. Many attractions can be reached on foot. A nice feature of the hotel is the free laundry service. Special thanks to the staff, everyone is very pleasant!

Friendly staff This hotel offers a great location and very kind staff—I truly appreciated the room upgrade! For the price, it’s a reasonable stay, but a few things could be better: - Water temperature: The shower never got properly hot, only lukewarm. - Safety note: The hairdryer had exposed wiring (staff quickly replaced it when I asked). - Hygiene preference: Only reusable slippers were provided; disposable ones would feel more sanitary. I am not sure if I would return.

Hotel room & washroom were generally clean. Stains found on bedding & towel. Old furnitures! Clothes returned from free laundry service had weird smell. Probably no or little detergent used.

I think, the pillow and the bed sheet need to change… it’s smelly, to be very honest. For the rest all good

Close to lots of places to eat and markets for shopping. Opposite a park with keep fit equipment. Quaint hotel with lovely lobby area with free refreshments. Room was spacious and clean with good facilities daily toiletries, free mini bar AND daily laundry service which is amazing and returned the same day. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this to friends. Very Happy with our stay. Keep up the great work !!!

I recently stayed at Lantern Hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process pleasant. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided upon arrival; it was a nice touch that added to the overall hospitality. However, I encountered some significant issues during my stay. The soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor, and I was frequently disturbed by the noise of motorcycles passing by at night. This made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, I found the curtains in my room to be inadequate in blocking out light. They didn’t fully close, which compromised my privacy and made the room feel less secure. Overall, while the service and amenities were commendable, the noise and privacy issues detracted from my experience. I hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests. **Rating: ★★★☆☆**
