Premier Inn Catterick Garrison

Great welcome the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming. Answered our questions on a future stay. She couldn’t help us enough. Very clean and tidy. Great location with everything you’d need within walking distance. Will be returning in July.

Visited for two nights with my husband and almost 2 year old son. Location wise it was perfect for us and we booked it predominantly as it was a good base for us to explore taking into account what we were planning on doing. It is centrally located right next to a leisure and shopping complex consisting of KFC, subway, McDonald's, domino pizza, fish and chip shop, tesco etc which was really handy. It was also facing a hungry horse type pub with lots of deals and offers available We took advantage of breakfast both mornings which was great and filled us for the day ahead. Food was replenished as necessary and consisted of cereal, toast, yoghurt, pastries like croissiants, pancakes and Muffins and then cooked breakfast such as sausage, bacon, black pudding, egg, beans and mushrooms - no complaints. Check in and check out were both easy and quick. Generous check out time of 12 which is always good. Not to mention lots of parking available and free. The room was basic however served it's purpose and did the job. A bit of tlc needed in certain areas. Spacious enough and was provided a travel cot Surprised that the tea tray doesn't include biscuits and if you want any you have to ask at reception as you would expect to find them in your room. Also if you want your room cleaned you now need to specifically ask at reception as opposed to just displaying a certain sign on your room door. Also the TV only allows you to go up to a certain volume which was still very quick. All in all great location with lots of amenities nearby and really did the job of what we were looking for.

Excellent stay in late May 2024, very friendly and welcoming staff and room as expected from Premier Inn. This is my second stay here and thoroughly wit. Food very good too.

Stayed here whilst visiting some friends in the area. The lady on reception - Celia, was very pleasant and friendly, checked us in efficiently and very helpful in advising about the local area. Will definitely stay here again and thanks again to Celia.

Stayed here as part of my birthday weekend. Really nice welcome, clean room and a lovely gesture of chocolates and Prosecco for my birthday Perfectly situated for visiting Richmond The food in the brewers fare also perfectly acceptable

Room was ok, staff pleasant but crikey it was overpriced and the breakfast was stone cold two days running - it looked great but bacon, beans, eggs all cold even when they had just come straight out of the kitchen. If staying here I would recommend the Indian restaurant Asha over the road Cab in to Richmond was a tenner but not easy to get

Beautiful place, very clean throughout and great service. Excellent choice of food well cooked and good portions
