Everything was fantastic. We were a family of 4. The rubin room with extra bedroom was just perfect for our 2 girls. The view across the valley to the GOASSSTALL was just great even on level 2. The room was kept clean daily. The food was amaizing, Breakfast great, lunch snack was a meal in itself and dinner superb with an a la carte choice topped up with buffet and signature dishes. Girls could order off the main day menu as well. A few bottles of Gruner Veltliner went down a treat. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff was very helpful and very friendly even though it was end of season. Bar are was stunning. We loved the spa and pool areas. Outdoor pool area was pure luxury. The kids club was an added bonus. Our girls loved it all thanks to Nico and his helpers. Great value for Money and slopes in easy reach.

This is a first rate hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Amazing value for money given the standard of service, hotel amenities, food/cuisine (out of this world), the joker card (free use of the lifts and local bus up and down the valley) and the location (10 mins from the bus stop and slightly elevated position so there's amazing views of the valley). The staff are super friendly and the vibe is very relaxed. If you're travelling in a group that includes someone who wants a single room, their pricing structure is the best I've come across. I will definitely return.

Beautiful room, wonderful food and fantastic attention to detail. Loved the live music on the terrace each Friday night (fortunate enough to be there two Friday nights). Staff all very friendly and couldn't do enough - a really special place to stay!

Excellent hotel! Great service, room, food and facilities. We have been here for the third time and we would recommend this hotel to everybody. The staff is extremely hospitable and does everything they can to make you happy. The food is very varied and prepared with care. They have nice and clean rooms. The pool and wellness facilities are also perfect. When you visit this hotel you won't regret. Thanks Alpin Juwel and see you next time.

very nice hotel with nice SPA and good restaurant. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean and cozy. Good parking. Small minus - you have to walk about 400 m to the ski slope. They only serve organic beer in the restaurant :) I can recommend the hotel

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was fantastic, from rubin room to food.indoor and outdoor poole were perfect.all very clean and warm. Food was amaizing, i was very suprised with lunch snack which was almoust full lunch, dinner with menu plus buffet. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.ski lifts are a bit farer than i tought but it was warming up for skiing so no problem even with the kids. We were 4 families in 4 rooms and everyone is happy with hotel and everything. We would come again for sure.

We went skiing in February 23. Excellent Hotel. Facilities superb for families with children as lots of entrainment for the younger guests. The location to the Sammelplatz for ski school is great as only a very short walk. We loved the swimmingpools, saunas and the view out of the windows. Our room was big for 3 people. We had a separate bathrooms. Water and tea was in the room and fresh fruit. The food was superb and the choices were amazing. On the breakfast buffet we even had Organic Prosecco, fresh pressed juices and lots of bread choices…. Dinners were exciting and tasty, afternoon Jausen was offered and fabulous. Wonderful ! The waiters Attila, Astrid, Phil and Katharina looked afters professionally and top class. At reception we had a warm welcome from Conny, Yvonne and Maria help me tremendously. I have already booked again for 2024 Thank you team AJ

Great hotel. Staff very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Loved the outdoor infinity pool and spa. Rooms clean and modern. Food awesome. Close to ski lifts and centre, but still really quiet. Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Great hotel, really comfortable stay, food excellent and facilities perfect. Sadly let down by owners/staff children running around unsupervised and causing trouble. When challenged, the response from the hotel was most disappointing and rude.
