Ethereal White Resort Hotel & Spa

The hotel is located in a quite area at the center of Heraklio, walking distance to the restaurants, cafes and bars . It's a brand new hotel that provides whatever the guest would like to feel comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms , very good restaurant , very good breakfast, beautiful spa with heated swimming pool Jacuzzi, sauna and high technology in the rooms since it's the first smart hotel in Crete, the Ethereal Whitel Resort has absolutely everything !

This Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Although I read the amazing reviews from before, I was still amazed and surprised at the level of excellence I saw and experienced. Our booking was for two nights, after which we would fly to Santorini however, we loved the place so much we added an extra night and pushed back our Santorini plans. The hotel is brand new. The rooms are gorgeous, bathroom, shower, and toilet design is very impressive. Large screen TV perfectly placed in front of an extremely comfortable bed. The location is excellent, only a two minute walk to all the shops. The rooftop pool and bar was such a delight. The spa was heavenly with so many other options to use such as different types of saunas, different types of showers, 13 m pool, spa, massage & all sorts of other trea**ents available. The staff themselves were one of the major highlights. Special mention to Yanos who provided such friendly & willing info about the hotel & where to go around the city, Dimitri the barman, who made the most amazing sangria and hot chocolate I have ever drank! Alexandra and Anastasia, who were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Really all of the staff was amazing and the service was unlike anything we had experienced anywhere else. The breakfast was a great array and of the highest & freshest quality. Absolutely delicious! I really could go on and on about this hotel and we were so sad to leave. I can’t wait to go back. If you are looking for accommodation in Heraklion, Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, there is no better place than Ethereal White!!

Wondeful, sparkling white hotel Centrally located with very friendly staff. Felt at home. The rooms are very good and dound proofed, whih is good given I was next to elevator and never heardbiy. Breakfast is very good as well, and try the SPA, loved the massages

The hotel deserves each of its five stars! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Aspa, the manager, does everything possible to make the guest feel at home. And I can say the same of every person working there. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back !

Opened a month ago - very stylish decor, rooftop bar and pool. App activated controls, fast wifi. Helpful, friendly staff. Best and most interesting buffet breakfast. Close to old city centre, hop on/off bus, ocean. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend every aspect of Ethereal White Resort

great hotel, the hotel is amazing, very classy and exactly like the pictures. In addition, the staff was very courteous, caring and smiling. Nothing negative to say, I'm positively surprised !

Neues, modernes, elegantes Hotel im Zentrum von Heraklion und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen super schönen und erholsamen Urlaub, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab einfach nichts zu bemängeln, Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, super tolle Matratzen und Kissen für einen erholsamen Schlaf, wirklich alles TOP!!! Highlight der Spa Bereich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, Danke an das gesamte Team!
