Scandic Hotel Paasi was the best experience ever! Great location close to downtown Helsinki. Superior Plus room was very cozy, bed comfortable (street was very quiet!) and sauna was a great plus. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast delicious! Even though the hotel is one of the big chain hotels in Finland, I loved the unique, artsy a**osphere. Hotel building is very historical! I will highly recommend, will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

A lovely hotel with kind, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and I was happy to see lots of vegan options. The room and bathroom were simple and clean, and the beds were ok. The rooms are themed, which is cute. It was quiet and peaceful. The conference I was attending was 1min walk away, which made it a perfect choice.

Only stayed one night. The hotel was a walking distance from the railroad station. My room was cute and tidy. The bathroom was very fresh and clean. Breakfast had a variety of options. Attended a conference that was literally right next door, which was very convenient. No complaints.

A relaxing vacation in the heart of Helsinki. We had booked a room with a private sauna and it was a great choice. We were able to take a sauna in peace and relax, which is exactly what we had come for. The room was located on the top floor of the hotel, so there was a nice view over the rooftops of Helsinki. In addition, the sounds of the traffic could not be heard in the room at all. Our room was spacious and well decorated, the wallpaper had the same patterns as the hotel room doors. There were many good options for breakfast, so everyone could find something to eat and there was no need to leave the hotel hungry to continue the day. The staff was friendly and advised everything needed. There are limited parking spaces at the hotel, all their spaces were reserved in the parking garage, but we were able to park the car in the yard for the evening and the next morning, which was fine for us.

dinner was charged twice, first in the restaurant, then it was added to the room bill. Please, be careful! Only noticed at home, and now it is difficult to figure out! Otherwise, the room was nice and everything worked.

Leaking sink that was reported same night upon arrival. By that some more things to be fixed was identified. Asked management to contact me to resolve things. The only thing that was resolved to the day after, was that a pen was delivered to the room (and rest assured, that was the least problem). I do understand that sometimes things go wrong but working with customer expectation management, the hotel could have contacted me to resolve some matters but talhat did not happen. As no one from management contacted me back I have now decided to cancel all my planned reservations in order to change to another hotel.

First time ever that I give 1 “star” but the water from sink was leaking straight down on the floor upon tapping water. There were also some other matters but that could have been accepted. However, despite calling the reception (on my own phone, internal phone did not work…) AND making a note for adjus**ent, NOTHING was resolved the next evening!
Staff tried its best but that does not help when you cannot use your bathroom…

A nice stay. Very good central location but was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was large and had a powerful shower, however, there were issues with the bathroom flooding and a broken handrail. The room itself was small and the beds weren’t very comfy - didn’t sleep well at all. However housekeeping was done every day. Breakfast had a good selection of foods and drinks.
