The pool and hot tub were broken which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel they did offer to cancel a day before my reservation but thete was a big sporting event in the area so there was only 3 available hotels left in the area and they were very expensive and didnt have the amount of accommodations i needed for my family to sleep in the rooms so changing hotels wasn't an option

Everything was good, clean, quiet. Coffee machine wasnt working and the coffee they offered was terrible. That was sad. Otherwise, all good

The front desk lady was very nice and personable.
The beds were clean and our room was as tidy.
Unfortunately the main reason I rented a room at this particular hotel was so my boys could swim, but the pool and hot tub were closed “temporarily”.
Our bathroom ceiling had mold all over it and did not create a pleasant aroma, so the showers were quick.
No fault of the hotel, but my husband and I were awakened at 2:00 in the morning by running, screaming, jumping, and the sounds of things being thrown across the room from the room above ours.
It was a place to stay for the night, but sadly I probably will not stay here again.

The front desk people were pleasant. The pool was broken. The room was clean but the hallway and stairs were filthy! Hadn't been vacuumed in days. The bed was hard as a rock.

Best bang for your buck in Helena. Hotel was very clean! Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast options. Pet friendly. We brought our little schnauzer and they were very reasonable at $15 per night. I was very impressed with the price of rooms for what we got. My only complaint are the pillows. The little 4x4 pillows are terrible. They should put standard sized pillows on the beds.

Check in was easy and quick. Fresh baked cookies waiting for us on check in. Clerk recommended a nice restaurant close by for my mom’s 75th birthday. Pool was heated and hot tub was actually hot! Breakfast was free and pancakes were made fresh. Sausage needs to leave though. Would definitely recommend this property for the price!

We needed a wheelchair room for our 4 day stay, but it had been given out prior to our arrival. It was very difficult to navigate the tiny bathroom with a wheelchair.
