Ulasan Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow

Everything was nice. We took the hopabus. But the driver was unfortunately rude, unpleasant and very difficult. We booked through the app. Paid and had all the qr codes for each person. But for some reason, one of our qr codes would not go through. Instead of reading that ticket has been booked and paid for. He refused to listen and just inviting I get off and wait another hour for the next bus.

Hotel is nice. Rooms excellent. Breakfast very nice good selection. There are 2 bars and 1 restaurant. Nice but expensive to be expected. Would stay again overall.

Got a free room upgrade and the room was very good, with everything working as it should which makes a change for a hotel.  Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Ours was an adjoining type room so we could hear the family next door but not intrusive. The room value was very good, although dinner prices were quite high and breakfast at £25 each was extortionate so we didn’t bother.

Ideal location - very close to Heathrow and access to hoppa bus to and from there. Hotel has a huge car park. Staff very friendly!

The room are very large which is really nice but in need for a refurbishment , feels to be in a very nice old hotel

I’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn

Great location and good hospitality. It was a lovely environment and a peaceful atmosphere.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The best part was the customer service: every single member of staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, as you would expect. Even though it is very close to the airport, you can't hear any planes or noise pollution. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was both fresh and varied.

I had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference Centre, London Heathrow. The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff, especially Elvis, were incredibly helpful in catering to my needs. The rooms were comfortable, and the location near the airport was very convenient. Highly recommended for its service and amenities.

No one bothered to offer help even when seeing that I am moving heavy luggage’s with a box that is oversized. Double charged when the room had already prepaid online via booking app. This is notwithstanding I had already provide a copy of the check in voucher that clearly stated it had been prepaid online.

just a very quick efficient check in, nice room - perfect location for terminal 3 heathrow. i liked the decoration too - had a classic London antique feel to it

Deservingly 4star overall but room looks bit old especially bathroom. Shampoo and body wash not good enough.

Very clean, but the response very poor, when you call from room, hardly anyone answers
