Even if it is hotel bedding, it is impossible for the hotel room aunt to not see such obvious hair. Every day after the aunt cleans, the room manager will check the room. You know best why you gave a bad review. You checked in at midnight, and the first sentence you said when you checked in was to ask our staff what time you can check out; the hotel usually checks out at 12:00 noon, and can be delayed to 14:00 at the latest; considering that you arrived late, we also told you that you can check out at 18:00 in the afternoon. But because you had to go to the scenic spot early the next morning, you didn't have enough time and left the hotel at more than 9 am. The first thing to ask when you checked in was the check-out time. You only stayed for a few hours for your own reasons, and you felt that it was not cost-effective and failed to find such videos and pictures to threaten the hotel, so you gave a bad review. Second: You did not give any feedback to the staff during your stay in the store, and did not mention it at all when you checked out.
