Ulasan Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi

They should upgrade/renovate their room. Their room is very old. This is very unexpected from a reputated international brand.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

the hotel staff is complete mess. they for no reason refused to check us in lying that ******* has canceled our booking. later we found out that it wasn't truth. also they need to learn more manners when talking to a guest. very dissapointed. not recomended

酒店就在海邊，酒店有停車場，環境非常好，駕車到酒店辦入住趕上下小雨，酒店服務生幫助從車上搬行李送入房間，整體服務還是不錯的，酒店游泳池也很好,在房間裏望向海邊看到摩天輪還有美景，非常美，早餐豐富，酒店整體設備已經陳舊了。

Старый отель, выглядит потрепано. Персонал не очень дружелюбен и забывчив. Взяли из-за локации, она идеальная, конечно. Есть бассейн и сауна, тоже большой плюс

Честно говоря рассчитывали от отеля немного большего. Очень сильно чувствуется запах сигарет в лобби. Отель уже староват. В целом номера всем оснащены, но на 5* не дотягивают явно. Локация отличная, так же как и бассейн снаружи

位置很好，前台熱情有禮貌。設施稍有點老舊。總的來説還是不錯。出門很方便，前面100米就是海灘，周圍很多吃的。

Hotel location and view is perfect. It reflects general Radisson quality, but more than that staff makes it exceptional. Mr. Gocha and Ms. Russo are great professional, they have taken care of everything. I also want to thank Mr. Vakho, Ms. Ana and Ms. Mariam from front office. And to other team members whom unfortunately do not know by name. From first minute to the leaving moment I always received smiles from entire staff.

It was great pleasure to choose this SPA! First of all I would like to mention wonderful Guantsa, she is very professional, kindhearted person, very attentive and wise! excellent job! I enjoy the high lever of service also Guantsa helped to organize birthday spa present for my Mom and Family. We’ll definitely choose only Radisson hotels line all over the world, and will be back more and more! But in Georgia it’s always so special❤️Thank you so much!!

I recommend this hotel to everyone! We stayed there to hold our corporate event. The hotel helped with the transfer, with organizing excursions and travel around the city. Thanks to Nina for helping with the organization. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we recommend trying their own wines, it was magical!

Location and view is amazing. Mr. Gocha was very helpful in everything. I want to thank him and his team. Lunch in Medea Restaurant was great as well.

Raddison Hotel is my favorite spot in all Batumi. Located on the sea in Old Batumi area which has the most cultural and historic sites, delicious cuisine compared to new Batumi …and the Raddison staff (All of the staff) is 100% friendly, helpful, speak English, very kind, always smiling, and totally sincere. No other places are as high of quality that I have visited. There I have enjoyed the spa numerous times here and the staff have shown me this amazing hospitality and total professionalism- much moreso than Tbilisi and other European countries I have visited. And, Definitely better than USA))) The spa gym and pool area is the very best in all Batumi. I checked all the other options and ended up making the best choice at Raddison. Ask for anyone especially Meqi at the gym. He is simply an awesome human being, his gym is air conditioned and all clean, excellent equipment for all types of exercises and weight lifting… including separate room for yoga and stretching. Shout out to ALL the ladies in the staff like Salome and Gvanca (sweetest ladies ever ) at the spa entrance…from the entry desk to cleaning ladies, bar staff, pool staff, just simply the best people I have met in all of Batumi. They even gave me a special spa gift for no reason out the goodness of their heart. I come now every day (3 months actually) to use this facility for its staff, best quality, affordable price, and relaxing vibe. Oh, Super cool DJ and she is super cute ;) by the pool on Friday and Saturday afternoons makes it a perfect place to chill in there outdoor pool or indoor pool if too sunny.
