We spent 8 days here (10-18th May 2024) well taken care of by ***ager and his team . Small boggles with locks , hot water and aicon in the suite( or 4 bedded room ) was attented to quickly. Great level of cleanliness. Some outdoor renovations and swimming pool addition in progress . The new AC dinjbg room will open in a month or so. Met Mr. Ali and Mr. Qutub the owners . Their speciality are fishing tours . They are located in the centre of havelock best beaches between Radha nagar and Govind nagar - So plan your travel and car pick up well . Go to their terrace early morning 05:15am to catch the sunrise over the forest .

A great place to stay in Havelock. The hotel is situated away from the two main beaches of the island. But what it lacks in location is co****sated by the unique design of its rooms and the high quality food that is available at their restaurant, Cafe 4. The rooms are spacious and carefully designed using natural material. There is a lot of focus on sustainability and friendliness throughout the hotel. The service is friendly and competent without any unnecessary frills or flourishes. The only let down was the lack of options on the menu as May was an off-season. There were no desserts on offer; breakfast was limited to 2-3 options; and certain items simply ran out by the end of the day. However, whatever was available was made and presented in a ***ner that made you forget these shortcomings. Our 3-day stay was pleasant, quiet (no TVs in the room), and memorable and we hardly felt like eating anywhere else.

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at this tastefully designed property, complete with a charming cafe and absolutely delicious food. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both comfortable and special. The warmth and assistance they offered in coordinating for the adventure activities and transportation around the island made us feel right at home. An absolute gem!

Lovely place!! The team was great and the room was very nice and quiet We will be back We celebrate birthday there and the team clean up the room and organize with balloons! Also the contact with them was amazing, they help me with everything I need! Really recommend

The ***agement is warm and very helpful! The staff is general are really nice! The aesthetics of this stay is fantastic! So well thought out and detail oriented! Had a gala time playing board games and interacting with other guests in their cafe! Such cozy, homey rooms! Had the best experience here! Just a shout out to Rakesh for all his help and friendly tips and advises!

Matsya is one of the best resorts in Havelock.. has been a wonderful stay for our family.. The staff of so helpful, special thanks to Ali and Nafeesa who are kind enough to help us through out our trip. We stayed in 3 places in Anda*** during our holiday and Matsya has been the best of all!!

Matsya! What a beauty. Appealing to the eyes, the heart and our tummies. Great place with a lovely view, amazing vibe, fancy rooms with lots of natural light coming in. Great place for pictures as well :) Aesthetically appeasing. Loved the hospitality and the care given to us, particularly by one Mr. Ali.

It was a mother daughter getaway and I actually wanted it to be the best fr her, & wanted to book a beach resort , but then on the suggestion of a friend I booked at the Matsya Island Retreat , & that happened to be the best experience we had !! The location of the place , though pretty close to the centre ,and easily accessible , but also is in the midst of Mother Nature !! Surrounded by greenery , a beautiful Lilly pond , rabbits …The decor of place is so beautiful, kind of rustic, comfort& luxury all put together ! Large beautifully done rooms with every small details thought out and taken care off , clean, well lit ,bathrooms .. The highlight was the hospitality extended to us by the host themselves & their team !! And also the way they guided us in having the best holiday experience ! Things we wouldn’t hv known otherwise !! Don’t miss the morning sunrise view over the hillock frm the room or the terrace ! The food was also very good , and was customised according to our needs ! U just need to experience it !! It’s certainly deserves more than ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank u Nafisa , Captain Qutub and Team fr the wonderful experience !! And don’t forget to try the Fishing boat trip of Captain Qutub’s fr the best Snorkelling experience & much more !
