Hop inn Hatyai downtown is placed in a good location in as name implied downtown. We easily walked to Kim yong market and betong noodles place. Room was clean and staff are great

I had a great stay at Hop Inn Downtown Hotel Hatyai. The car park was spacious, making it easy to park and access my vehicle. One of the best parts was that no deposit was required upon check-in, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service!

Basically, the same setup like the rest of the other hotels but this hotel has two additional floors up due to shorter lengths of the rooms passage. The Aircon in my room is colder than the previous one at uptown due to the dirty filters which I mentioned to the reception at checkout. My wife complains about no mirror in the room. Only one is at the bathroom sink. Commendable are the superb cleanliness of the room, bedsheets, pillow cases and the bath towels. Would also appreciate if there are two chairs. ALL Hop inns have one one chair.

Stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was clean, airy and very comfortable. The maid spoke politely and provided good service. The security system in the hotel was also good. On the day it rained, the room was very quiet. I could barely hear the rain.

The hotel is very new, the water pressure is very high, the shower water is very good, the room is large, the air-conditioning is cold enough, and the overall environment is very clean. There is no hair dryer, so you have to get it from the counter. It is very close to the attractions. There is a market nearby, which is very convenient for eating.

The accommodation is very good. The staff is attentive and gives good advice. The room is very clean.
