Travelodge Hartlepool Marina

Change of travel plans more than a week in advance and they still charged me for the room, changes that were out of my control

Such a nice hotel ,the staff member was so helpful and friendly 👍😊

I attended a conference at the Museum of the Royal Navy and the hotel is conveniently situated near the rail station, supermarkets and the Museum. The hotel facilities are above average, staff friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. The view from my top-floor room overlooking the marina was spectacular.

Clean room facilities and Iinen. Staff helpful particularly Gosha and Sylwia who helped our colleague who was travelling alone and collapsed on the stairs.

Great stay nothing too much trouble Super helpful staff even security guard was friendly! Free car parking was a great plus and all amenities within walking distance! View was great too!

Comfortable and clean. Great place to stay. Little noise from the back next to railway but didn't hear it at night.

Our usual hotel of choice for yet another Hartlepool weekend break. Excellent position near train and bus links. No food onsite but plenty of options nearby. A slight problem with the rooms booked due to redecorating commencing whilst we were staying but all handled as well as could be by moving the coffee machines and a chair into the standard room. Internet still included as per original booking and worked as well as anywhere I've stayed recently. No complaints, they have to redecorate sometime. Staff first class and friendly as ever. Will be back for another break in due course.

What fantastic hotel. Well recommended this hotel the team are great especially Mel the supervisor. We have been coming here for years and will always be coming back. Rooms are lovely and clean we can't wait for the upgrades. It is in a prime location with everything within walking distance.

always stay here for work and what a exceptional stay i always have the hotel its self could do with some updating but the staff have said that is due to come so will definitely be returning when that happens but what makes this place is the staff especially claire she is always happy to help and always smiling and cheerful shealways goes above and beyond what a quality staff member she is,
