Good hotel for short trip

If you stay at this particular premier inn, then do consider taking the breakfast and dinner option as it really does offer great value for money. The location is ideal for visiting Wembley stadium, either a walk of around 2 miles or so, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and an underground station (bakerloo line) very close by.

Basic hotel, rooms ok, there was no chair in room initially. Shower over a deep bath, if mobility impaired the very deep step back onto the floor is dangerous, no real grab rails provided. Restaurant is Beefeater franchise, if you like meat you will be happy but alternate menu scant

From checking in to checking out this was brilliant. Staff gave exceptional service and the room was very bright and airy. Comfortable bed and great amenities. Food was decent and prices were competitive. Lots of parking with very good prices

The staff are outstanding. So friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Quiet room, well serviced when required. Endless tea and supplies. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Just 3 minutes across the road via pedestrian crossing to the Bakerloo Line. Easy journey into the centre.

Had a pleasant day at the Premier inn hotel, I would highly recommend this site. The staff were lovely and always accommodating with any requests. Rooms were clean and tidy as you were expect. Slight negative the bathroom was tiny, but adequate. No faults to be honest!

Rooms are the standard premier inn rooms, universal wherever you go. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. Travel cot was set up already on arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ate breakfast both mornings there as a large group of 11 with children too. Staff were brilliant and accommodating for kids. Food kept replenished and good selection especially for price paid! Great location close to tube and plenty of shops nearby. Great for a base while we were visiting family.

Premier Inn staff and stay was the universal standard which I have come to expect and has reassuringly been the same wherever I stay. The Beefeater restaurant experience was odd. Having booked a table, it took a while to be attended to, staff were dismissive, we were told to order food at the bar so tried to seat ourselves but were told not to sit in the restaurant area, we were told we had half an hour to dine table booked for 9 pm and website information said open until 11 pm. We decided not to dine having had this reception, when we explained this to the waiting staff, they gave the reason that there was a private party in the function room. A bizarre experience, I will never repeat.
