It might look good from outside but all was not well during my stay. I expect when I check in at a decent hotel, towel-toiletries, and other items should be there which make my stay comfortable. After check-in, I had to go to reception multiple times for basic stuff…linen was not clean… When asked for a towel, they did provide 1 towel for 3 people…. Reason- cause it was not dry.. #faceplam there was some sort of bad smell in the room and don't let me start with the bathroom. I have attached pictures- the bucket & mug- are damn dirty. sulabh sauchalay mug could be cleaner I assume... Also, the geyser is there but you have to let the owner know in advance that you are going to use this so that he can switch it on. Lift is there though, unlike many hotels. It also has an In-house restaurant and it was good

Vishesh (incharge) was very arrogant , Rude n threatening behaviour,fighting at last .Rooms smelling , seepage (Silan), Torn Towels bad sheet/ Quilt was dirty. No hot water in room nor in bathroom. They asked to go in other room for shower then myself pulled bucket n bring hot water in my room . He misbehaved which I never ever seen in Any other hotels of india though I’m a frequent traveller.
