This unit is in a narrow alley; cars cannot drive in. The room has no windows and is very dusty and dirty. Not recommended.

Bed is really nasty and I cannot stay there anymore so I changed to another hotel sofa is also dirty .. it like 100 year ago sofa 😣 Toilet ok Dustbin not ok 🥴 they put it under basin

Very comfortable place to stay in, location is abit far from town , however many cafes and dining area nearby.

직원이 두고간 물건을 찾는것도 도와주고 좋았습니다. 다만 그릇 청결도가 떨어졌고 위치가 조금 아쉽네요. 가격은 시설대비 우수했습니다. 생각보다 넓었고 하루 잠깐 지내기엔 적당했어요

Great place and amenities little bit far from centre but near lots of café & restaurants. Download the Grab taxi app cheap quick taxis. Staff on site lovely and helpful. I couldn't pick a better place to stay. I wish I could give more because we were very satisfied. Thank you, especially the receptionist!

I found this place on Agoda. It came to my eyes the place was new and modern. So the first surprise to me was that the building is hidden in a dead end. No car could come in. I had to carry all of my 3 suitcases myself into a very wet alley after the rain (I can say it was almost flooded in a funny way). The room was ok, but the cleanliness is not 3 or 4 stars as advertised. I would rate 2 stars for its cleanliness and the operation of the hotel. In the other side, the location is near Fraser Suites and mall. There are also other shops in the area. Overall experience is 3 stars, but I must give it 2 due to the mess during the check out. They almost forgot about my laptop that I deposited at reception. I would look for other place for my safety next time.

I booked this on AirBnB so not really sure if it's a hotel. It's tucked away - a cab/car can't get near it so be prepared to walk (and to a pickup point if needed). Tiny rooms but reasonably self contained. Not much in the way of a view. A walk to most things like restaurants etc. but not far. A bit noisy. Beds OK. Cheap.

First, let me give a shout out to the front desk staff - they were so helpful with our requests (including extending our stay) and helping us with taxis and other arrangements. These are actually apartments with functional kitchens and really comfortable and good beds. The Euphoria is also in Tay Do, a good location an easy cab ride into central Hanoi but worth exploring in itself. The hotel is tucked down an alleyway (common in Hanoi) and I liked the location - it was only a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants. I hope to get back to Hanoi within this year and will definitely look to staying here again.

Apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean. And the location is near restaurant, coffe, and mall convenient for me. Apartment is very quiet. I really love it. And the apartment have motorbike for rent. Really good for me to go out

i've been here for 4 days and everything is good,nice service,staff are hospitality! Good option for few days in HaNoi! Took 15m to the Old Quarter , Hoan Kiem lake ! You can watch the sunset on the way home

Couldn’t have been better. Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design). Staff was very helpful and the location was great. he bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.
