The room was without window!! It was rather old, not very clean, the mattress was so soft not comfortable to sleep!! There was no hot or even warm water! The location was really good!

Is budget hotel, good location, just 5 to 10 minutes walk to train street cafe. 10 minutes walk to sword lake. There is market right infront the hotel. A lot of cafe and restaurants nearby the hotel. Good for anyone with a low bidget and solo traveller. I like this hotel, will come back again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I was midly satisfied. The price was low compared to other hotel nearby and for that, I got a lot of bang for my buck. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also perfect. However, I must admit that while I got what I paid for, there were a few things that could have been better even at that price. Regardless, I would still recommend to anyone looking for a low-cost option in a great location with friendly staff.

Good location. The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable. The reception staff are helpful - always ready to help. A great option to stay for a couple of nights.

The hotel is great value for money. It is one of the cheapest hotels in Hanoi and the most centrally located so don't expect a luxury hotel but it does its job. We stayed in a room without a window but because it was so cheap we didn't mind. The customer service is incredible, very helpful both in terms of tourism and motorbike rentals.

It's a cheap accommodation, so the facilities and cleanliness aren't as good as I expected, but the location is good.

Fortunately, the refrigerator air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it is acceptable.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and patient. The room is small and has poor soundproofing, but the sanitary conditions are pretty good and not dirty. However, the wires on the water heater seemed to have been burned in a previous fire and had not been replaced, which felt a bit dangerous.

It was my first time traveling to Vietnam. The hotel was conveniently located, the rooms were very good, clean and hygienic, and the price was favorable. I will stay at this hotel again next time I travel to Vietnam.
